Absolutely don’t get a vehicle here and don’t trust anything they say! They originally tried selling me a van with a broken windshield. I didn’t want it so they smooth talked us into a vehicle that looked like it had been sitting there a while. Not long after getting it, it went haywire. Turns out it had flood damage, they just temporarily turned off the lights and said it was good.

I purchased a car beginning of the year from Persings, and part of the deal was they would do an inspection on the car. The car passed their inspection and I took the car with me to college where I drove it very little. 2 weeks ago i had a routine oil change done and the mechanic showed me several picture he took of the underside of the car. The car has severe rust to the rocker panels as well as the floor and other parts that all need repaired. He insisted this didnt occur in the short time i have owned the car and that this had to be there at the time of purchase. I contacted the dealership and they wont call me back. This car should have not passed inspection, and I would not have purchased it. They are not to be trusted!

I had a good and easy experience when I purchased my car. The car itself runs fine and was priced right, however getting the plates for it took a week. The woman who does them is never in the office and when she is she demands you come in on her time as if you don’t have a job or a life. Then she has attitude with customers and the employees. I’ll never deal with them again strictly because of her. Otherwise I didn’t have any issues. Everyone sitting here is waiting for plates Bc this woman does what she wants when she wants.

My husband bought a car here this week. They gave him such the run around. We live in Bethlehem but he had to find a ride to Allentown 3 days in a row. And with gas being so high, rediculous! He never looked at the reviews. I'm just waiting for the shoe to drop. Their word means SQUAT! Very unorganized.

Went to them to get a car. The woman helping us was polite and not overly pushy. We were interested in a car had gone to dinner and come back. She quoted us a price xxdollars off the lot. Someone else wrote up the sale he was rude, pushy, loud and ignored the deal we had. He added over $500 to the purchase above what we were quoted total. Driving home about 40 minutes into our drive home it overheated. I will give them credit they were willing to look at it if we drove it back or towed it. We live an hour and a half from them. We are not willing to drive that far with the leak we will get it taken care of here. We also didn't trust him not to overcharge us for the repairs needed.

They could improve by standing behind their sales! They sold a car (double what it’s worth) as is, but assured my nephew that it would pass inspection. When he showed up with proof that it wouldn’t pass inspection they said there was nothing that they could do because he bought it as is. This was his very first car and now he’s without a car and he’s completely devastated!

Don't buy a car here, they sold my grandson a car that needs 1800.00 worth of repairs to pass inspection. The manager claimed there was an "as is" paper signed but refused to give my grandson a copy. Then asked my grandson if he wanted them to fix it or get his money back and when my grandson said he wanted his money back the guy said no. Total rip off taking advantage of someone buying their first car. His mother is disabled and he doesn't have the money to get the repairs done. He had the car less then two weeks. The sales lady was rude and argumentative and they told my grandson that out trusted mechanic of over 20 years was a shoddy guy ripping our family off when in fact they should be put out of business for their underhanded business practices.

The x3 we purchased 3 months ago lost three tires on the highway three separate times. Almost killed me and my 3 kids. They blocked my number. If more than 3 people with a negative experience coordinate, we can take out Persing with a class action lawsuit and prevent them from selling cars and ruining more lives
