I'm a Penske Logistics driver on the Constellium account. I came here after hours needing a place to park for a customer in Whitehall. (Pennsylvania Steel). The gate was closed but a staff member came to the gate to ask if I needed help. I told him my situation and he brought a manager out to talk to me. I told the manager my needs and my customer location. We talked about what time I could leave and he instructed me where to park. He then opened the gate and let me in. Very friendly, professional and helpful.

Wow! Had an awesome experience with this location and Penske in general. Drop off was painless. Small correction had to be made truck check in contract, but it was painless and the employees were very friendly. Next time life calls for a truck and trailer rental, I will not look any further and neither should you!

U-haul left me high and dry with a reservation that I had in place for over a month. Nick at Penske was a lifesaver. Nick was professional and knowledgeable. The Office was clean and the entire transaction could not have gone any smoother. I was given a brand new truck for my cross country move. A positive experience at every level. Thank you Penske for saving me. U-haul customer no service lost a customer for life......such a terrible all around business model.
