These guys are great, idk why they have bad reviews!
If they can't help you, they can't help you it's just business and shouldn't be taken personally! The manager/owner (I'm assuming) was extremely kind and personable and overall a great help!
Overall, it is a lot better than other pawn shops I have been to in the past within this area. Especially in terms of customer service, they treat you like a friend or family. Many other places in this area treat you like you are an inconvenience to have come in the first place!
At Pawn America INC., I was greeted with a warm welcome and felt like they were more than happy to help, even if it didn't mean a sale. I can see why they are really the only Pawn shop left standing in center city. I will definitely be back when I am looking for a good deal! (:

People are Friendly but the )Place Gives you next to nothing for electronics! Better experience at Airport Rd. Honestly I've had great luck on the App OFFER UP. If you have to sell something and have Time to wait I suggest that.

40 grams bracelet 21k gold with my initials in diamond and he can only give me 640.00 loan on it ,46.00 a gram was the price of 21k gold that day(09-26-2022)so 1840.00 in gold alone.highway rebbery.(with a license) of course,stay as far as you can from this place

Cocky clerk. Indignant. (EDIT 10/2022) After giving this place another chance I found out that it was just the clerk last time. Now I can say that not only did they provide value and service that I needed, they also went above and beyond to assist me in a difficult geographical situation. Changing rating from 1 to 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Worst pawn shop in Allentown rude employees they aren’t knowledgeable of items at all and they will low ball you if your in Allentown u better off going to pawn plus at least you will get your money’s worth

This is one of the best pawn shops out here in center city there is another one next door that cool to but this is a honest respectful buisness I sold one of my chains there the owner allowed me to get it back for a great price besides that the workers are very respectful and fair if you have something worth it that you want to sell or pawn check them out
