Does not appear to have re-opened after Covid. There is a sun-faded note on the door indicating they will return to regular hours after Covid but it didn’t appear to have been opened recently. Google Maps does givehours when it is supposedly open but I would advise calling before going. Was disappointed because I had heard nice things about this shop.

Do not even consider the negative reviews on this place My sister and I have shopped here for years and each one of the dresses or pieces of clothing is unique and well-made and worth every penny.Mary the owner has a knack for knowing what looks good on you. She is a high-end quality shopper/owner. He has been to Mani design shows in fashion shows in New York City and has mingled with the best in the businessI 100% guarantee you will be highly satisfied with what you pick and the tailoring that is done to make it to fit you perfectly. I purchased two dresses last August one for a wedding and then I wore the second one to my grandson's baptism. I received so many compliments on the quality and beauty of these dresses. I know I had two children who are getting married in 2021 when September and one in October and I just found Mary to make an appointment to come back and purchase two additional dresses for these weddings I am sure I will not be disappointed. Trust this review and go there and see for yourself

Mary is a skilled and experienced professional. Do not go here if you do not want advice on what would make you look good. Bought my dress for my son's wedding and it fit me perfectly and I received more compliments then I did on my own wedding day. I would have never picked the dress that Mary chose for me, but she knows her business. Returned to buy a dress for my daughter who was attending an upscale Philadelphia wedding and we received the same professional advice. My daughter looked stunning and the dress was perfect for the occasion.

Great selection of designer dresses and I truly felt pampered. I bought two dresses and will return for some other "fun" pieces! Their hours have changed as they now open at noon for those who are traveling from out of town.

I haven't been to this store in YEARS but something came up and had me wondering if they were still around, and I started reading the reviews. I had purchased 3 dresses from them through the years. I am a small size and dress modern, and has found dresses perfect for the occasions I was looking for. They only carry a dress in 1 or 2 sizes so it is rare someone will have on your same dress at your event, which I like. I do remember the sales women were older, and do not allow you to just grab on dresses and try on. They more hand pick them for you and you must come out of the dressing room to view in the mirror, having them involved in your decision. This all can be good or bad depending if you like help finding a dress or prefer to be left alone to shop. My dresses were good quality and classic styles. I still have them today. The shoes I bought there were not worth the price though and fell apart just sitting in my closet.

Just found a great pair of earrings for my son's wedding. Went there a few months ago looking for a dress but had ordered one online that I really liked. The earrings were a great price compared to some that I've seen online. It is a small independently owned shop. The owner is a lovely lady and knows her stuff since she's been in the business a very long time. The hours aren't like other chain stores so that's why 4 stars. They have jewelry and also shoes if looking for a Special event. There is also a large parking lot. It has never been crowded when there so you can get some personalized service. Update to this review. I just came back from a jeweler. I went there to get new backings for the earrings i purchased. I wanted to make sure they wouldn't fall off when dancing. I was told they were platinum/sapphire when i bought them. I was just informed they were silver and most likely colored glass because the little stones were not diamonds. I still think they were pretty and will keep them because they look good w the dress but they are not what i was sold or told they were. What i originally thought was a very good price is now probably a bit over priced.

I purchased a beautiful dress for my nephews wedding. The owner is choosing some gowns for the new season arrivals for me for my daughters wedding. She has many years in the business really knows fabrics, carries quality designers and understands body types. I read the nasty comments about not being open. The owner shared with me her poor health. Perhaps calling before shopping. I did not experience any issues with the business hours. I'd highly recommend the shop!

The owner carries beautifully made dresses. She does seemstres work on the premises. She knows fabrics & body types. I read the distasteful comments. Those rude comments should shop else where. You don't understand what you're looking at. Silk threads & textiles with incredible colors and embossed. She has impeccable taste. I'll be back for the most important gown, mother of the bride.

I don't think they even deserve a star. I know the old lady is real sick, but they take forever. My mom bought shoes for my brothers wedding. They ordered them. However they came over 2 weeks late and she had to buy a pair elsewhere. They showed up the day before the wedding which was over 2 weeks late. They also were rarely open at hours and did not reply to phone calls. This store is not worth going to.

Second time I attempted to shop here. First time it was closed, 10:30 on a Friday. Second time 11:00 and again 11:30 on a Wednesday. Not open . Tried to call to check on times 3 different times, 12:30, 11:30, 4:00. Are you still open for business?

I bought a dress for my son's wedding a few years ago. The owner made this experience stress-free; from helping me choose my dress, jewelry and shoes. She was patient and the service was outstanding. I plan to go back in January when my other son will be getting married in the spring. Partridge in a Pear Tree is a unique store offering high quality clothing and gowns; highly recommended!

This place is horrible! I have been here twice looking for a mother of the bride dress. The first time they were so rude and nasty to me. The second time I went they weren't open!! The website hours say they open at 11am on a Saturday, the hours on the door state 10am. I was there at all 11:15am, nobody was there, no sign on the door saying they were closed.
