Old navy used to be on the cheaper side. When did they start getting so pricy? These clothes are ugly to be so expensive. No thanks. Havent been here in a While. And I wouldn't come back

Happened to be in the mall and popped in to check out their sale. Came out with a shirt and two pairs of pants. The shirt and pants were comfortable and at a decent price.

It’s Memorial Day weekend so obviously the line at checkout was wrapped around the men’s section - I was prepared to stand in line for at least 20 minutes but I was out the door in less than 10. Very quick and very nice staff

Every time I go there I feel they decrease the size of the departments. The huge selection is not what it was and the diversity definitely is missing. I didn't think there were many styles to explore. It felt mostly drab generic items. They used to have some really nice outfits. And a lot of pieces to mix and match.

Not worth the time. The store is always a mess and they never have a full range of sizes. I spent quite a bit of money & two hours to find things my kids like, but just had to get out because it was so aggravating with the clothes and junk everywhere. Turns out the jeans for my daughter were one size too small & I came back to exchange them, but didn't realize they have a small window of return. A few days after the deadline & I can't return, exchange or receive store credit, even with tags and receipt. So now I have $50 of clothes we can't even use. That shopping center is a pain & I only have weekends available. If I can't even get store credit on brand new clothes that are not trendy or seasonal then I won't bother to stop by anymore. That is not customer service.

Was a grand total of 6 days over the return policy for a few items of clothing (totaling around $60, mind you). The manager "Michelle" made quite a scene to the point that the multitude of people behind me were even in an uproar saying they won't ever come back to this particular store. She refused to give me a refund on brand new clothes (never worn, perfectly clean, with tags still attached). Even ANOTHER CASHIER said "just come back tomorrow without a receipt - they'll give you store credit." When I asked Michelle to please do that (I was even willing to take less money as a store credit than to be stuck with clothes I won't use). Her response: I can't pretend you don't have a receipt. It's right here in front of me. I asked her if she thought this policy was fair. Her response was "um" and she walked away to another part of the store. Such an articulate lady. Hope Old Navy is better with their people training than they are with their return policy. I understand why it's in place, but it's clearly flawed and there should be exceptions at some point. Will take my business to the Promenade location from now on.
