I'm going to start saying this as I - for years- have used this place. it was well priced etc. the last animal i took there ( a cat) was my turning point there. she came home fine. but at a certain point developed a bubble filled with pus. have never had anything like this happen before that. she acted no different then the ones we have taken prior. i did not wish to go back there. for some reason, my husband pushed for them again. we took our dog there. the front desk individuals are quite rude. have no patience or personality. when informed of my animal having a specific flea treatment - the individual stated flat i would throw it away as it is toxic. I have googled. very little articles stating this. At no point have my vet of 15 yrs discouraged me from using this. I will never use this place or refer here again.

They did a great job with my kitty Kono. He was a spicy baby for them but they said he was the favorite of the day! ? I heard about this place because his mama cat went here and his dad has an appointment at the end of the month. (We adpoted him from a friend) I have recommended this place to friends and family!

I have to say I was impressed with this organization. In Allentown. Very well ran. The girls at the intake were polite and very helpful. Well worth the 1 hr and 50 minute drive ?⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?

They get the job done smoothly but the reviews saying they are rude are definitely true. It's uncomfortable to be treated like that then leave your pet with them for a procedure.

They have no actual phone number which is not a smart idea for a place handling pets. They reach you through email. We had an appointment there yesterday and were aware that the cat we brought in would get an ear tip. However it was for sure not a small tip!! If they took less off, it definitely would still be noticeable. Aware that it does not hurt the animal, it is clear that that much taken off was just unnecessary!!

A wonderfully affordable spay/neuter service for cats and dogs. Great follow-up care. They were more than happy to do a quick check-up on my female cat that had a small lump from irritation from her stitches.

Great service. Got the job done at a great price which also included nail cut, rabies shot and ear cleaning. The incision site was very well done also. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Went to Allentown location,The reviews about the unpleasant staff are not an exaggeration, the woman at check in makes you feel like you're inconveniencing her just by showing up for your appt and even got a bit snippy with another staff member that was there.The woman at pick up was much more pleasant.

They did a good job with my dog but, Very rude customer service. Told them after 2pm for pickup. However, the dog was ready at 12pm. They were so rude to my wife upon arrival.

It may take awhile to get an appointment, but its worth the wait in the money you'll save in altering your pet thru them. They are very efficient and take care of your furbabies while in their care. $90 for female cats, $85 for males, $40 deposit due at booking and balance due upon pickup. Same day altering.

Clean, efficient, and affordable. This will not be your friendly regular vet as the work in speed and volume, but they perform an important community service and do it well.
