This is the worst bank in Allentown on Allen Street so many times had to leave cause there alway one teller a long line can never get to do what I went there for cause I leave if they don't have enough help close the place down cause it not helping us in any way.

Ordered checks through Bank of America. Says it was delivered over one month ago. Did not get the checks. Cannot get anyone to help me! I am switching banks this weekend.

I signed up for about a year an a half ago and I don't do online banking often, so today I searched fees and all my fees came up to just under 300 dollars within a year for them and when I brought it up they said I should have came in sooner. I called the customer service line and they pretty much said that sucks and they wont refund any of it. Closing down my account, go to a federal credit union. They have no fees and are much nicer and helpful.

This bank has terrible customer service. I have gone to the drive through to cash a check and have been the only car there there and it took 10 minutes. One time I had to talk to someone at a desk and after waiting 20 minutes a woman came up to me and said, this is going to take a while do I want to come back at a better time? They do not have enough employees helping customers with banking. They have employees there but I don't know what they are doing because they are not helping people with their banking. This isn't the only time it took forever to ash a check. It always takes a long time. It doesn't matter what day or what time of day. What is going on? It wasn't like this a few years ago. It just seems to be getting worse.
