No hard sell from Josh, just gave us all the facts so we could make an informed decision. He was knowledgeable and listened to what our needs were. “Alex and Natasha did an excellent job. When I broke the screen on my Samsung S23 Ultra, I called them right away, and they were very clear and precise about the repair cost. They provided me with a receipt that I needed for insurance purposes. I went home, submitted the receipt, and boom, I got my money back the same day. I left the phone with them overnight, and everything was fixed by the next day. I highly recommend their services.
If you have any other tech products that you want to sell, they also purchase them. Instead of listing them on eBay, consider selling them here. Supporting local businesses, especially in downtown Allentown, is crucial for our community. I couldn't be happier with their service.”
