Pete was extremely professional and kind. I've never had a more pleasant and seamless purchase. The same goes for the delivery. I received many updates and the drivers were again, very kind and professional. The mattress is perfect, exactly what I wanted. I have absolutely zero complaints. 5 stars all across the board!

From the moment I walked through the door to the completion of my order I was extremely pleased with the professional, attentive service I received at this store. David was very helpful, explaining not only the details of all of the mattresses I was interested in, but he also took the time to find out my individual needs and make specific suggestions without pressuring me to buy a certain product or even to buy at all. After I had made my purchase he continued to give me some excellent advice and information concerning the bed I had already purchased from another seller. David went above and beyond, and I am grateful for the benefit of his time and expertise. What a great salesperson!

Pete was the employee who assisted me. He answered my questions about the different types of mattresses, foams, frame features, etc. He allowed me time to lay on the various beds without feeling rushed.
My mattress arrives in 2 days and I am looking forward to it!
