I walked in and the environment was fine. There was a saleswoman at the desk helping a couple with their purchase. She said she would be with me in a few. Well about 20minutes pass and still nothing. I understand that things take time, but I walked out after about 25 minutes of no help. After I walked out, I saw the CUSTOMER come and lock the door after we left. Once I saw that, it felt as if she purposely did not want to help me and prolonged that sale on purpose. Wasted my time.

Sue was thorough in assessing what kind of mattress was comfortable for my adult daughter. She had her try several different mattresses and the first one became the winner. We also purchased a pillow based on the suggestions of Sur per my daughter's sleeping style and fill preference. Sue was so helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience at this business today!

I walked in knowing only that I needed a mattress and box spring, undecided and not really knowing anything else a sales representative named Sue offered her help. She was extremely helpful just as patient and patient. Her kindness and professionalism are too be commended. Together we found what I hope to be the perfect mattress and box spring for my bed.

The staff was extremely helpful. She made me feel comfortable when telling her all the reasons I needed a type of mattress. She offered so many for me to try and gave me time to see if this mattress was the one. She explained everything well. I am very confident this will be a good mattress for me but if it isn't she explained about the 120 day trial. Thank you for all your help!

Lesean was very informative. Called in advance to make sure the store would be open .LeSean was waiting patiently for our arrival. I originally met with Chris who thoroughly explained every detail of every mattress and base..lol even Bluetooth his phone to show examples of music. Chris and LeSean are true examples of Customer friendly salesman. Thank you both for your valuable expertise.
