The crew was so good with the poor stray cat that I brought in. They took really good care of her and made sure was healthy so I could find a forever home for her. They explained to me how she was doing and what she needed very clearly. Everyone was so friendly to both of us.

Very kind and friendly, cozy atmosphere. We use the daycare/boarding/grooming services and are always happy. Our late senior pup was so well taken care of and now our new young girl has a blast. She gets so excited to walk in. I know our pets are in good hands at Maple Hills! Thanks for all you do.

Maple Hills has a caring and knowledgeable staff, and provides a clean environment. The location is a little bit of an extra drive from where we live, but the care my dogs receive makes it worth it. I am a returning pet owner, after not having a pet for nearly a decade, and recently welcomed two new pups to the family. Maple Hills was our immediate and only choice for their care. :-)

Dr. Abigail and Nurse Haley are amazing. Dr. Abigail is patient and understanding of both the owner's and pet's needs. They follow up with their patients to ensure your pet is ok. The office does have a Spanish speaking Dr as well, Dr. Ivan, who is also patient and kind. Haley is outstanding at communicating what's going on and I am grateful. Keep up the great work guys! So is my negrita!

Dr. Abby was absolutely amazing with Dixie and I couldn’t be more pleased. The whole staff was so kind and helpful. It’s great going somewhere knowing they will take care of/love your pet just as you would.

I love this place. My lady come to day care here and is seen by the Veterinary team. I always feel welcomed, listened to and know she's in good hands! Plus, she goes crazy when I say daycare and loves it,too

Would not recommend this clinic. After being patients of this clinic for years, my family and I have spent thousands on an unprofessional environment with mediocre treatment. Icing on the cake was paying for a broken tooth removal surgery in which the tooth did not get removed despite the surgery being paid for and my dog being put under anesthesia. We were told by another vet in the area in which my dog had broken his tooth that it would need to be removed, scheduled and paid for the surgery with our main vet, Maple Hills, and they never completed it stating that he would be fine with the tooth staying in his mouth. Left this vet soon after and found a new veterinary office that urged the tooth surgery due to how far the tooth had broken into the root, stating that it would only cause more problems down the line with infections as the tooth decayed. Paid again with the new vet for the tooth removal, which went smoothly. I would never recommend Maple Hills to any person who wants the best care for their pets.

Dr. Tyler was timely and very knowledgeable regarding the care of my rabbit. He offered multiple options, for now I am providing critical care with medication and supplementation he provided. The staff was also very pleasant! I would highly recommend.
Follow up 7/30/24 Dr. Tyler was kind enough to follow up on my rabbits condition. He prescribed a pain medication and offered other diagnostics. I really appreciate the call and helping me keep Cosmo comfortable. Very compassionate veterinarians!
