Really disappointed. I went on Thursday (july 18) to get a gel manicure and pedicure before my sisters wedding. My technician was nice, but I could tell that he was rushing. It was the fastest I’ve ever gotten a manicure and pedicure done in my life, and that’s not a good thing here. He didn’t ask me how I wanted my nails filed, so they’re in a shape I don’t prefer for myself. There’s gel polish on the cuticles on my feet. My pinky toes are not completely polished. It was $75 dollars, but did not have $75 quality, and my suspicions were confirmed - once I paid and gave my tip, he left for the day. When I got to my car, I noticed that my thumb and middle finger on my left hand were still tacky & dull, so when I got home I wiped them off with isopropyl alcohol and put a gel top coat & cured it. Then I noticed later that evening once I was able to inspect more closely that there were spots on my feet that were still coarse, like they hadn’t been touched. My big toes were also tacky and dull, and I feel my toes catching in my socks, so I’ll need to file whatever the technician didn’t so that can stop. To top it all off, they didn’t even last a day. My pointer finger on my left hand started peeling last night as I was going to bed. It’s now Saturday, July 20th - the day of my sisters wedding - and I’m going to have to either spend more money to get my nails fixed or just let it chip when it should’ve just been done correctly the first time. I’m relatively new to the area and have been trying to find my go-to nail salon, and I’m sad to say that this is not it and I will not be returning. Do not recommend.
Update: it’s been a week since I got my nails done at Lucky Nails, and every single nail it’s either peeling off or chipped. I will be reaching out to the establishment for a refund. Do not go here!

I've never been taken care of or spoken to as much as this salon. I feel at home, I've never felt this way. They do speak English. They do get to know you. I don't feel like an outsider. It's very pleasant. They tell u to take your time with getting color, you can ask them their opinion, what they think is best if you're not sure. They don't leave you hanging at the color part. Be active in the conversation about your nails, your life watever. They'll talk about theirs as well. It's comforting to me that I can finally have a salon I can go to and continue to do so. Thank you so much!
Cleanliness: It's the most spotless, most organized place I've ever been to. When I'm in my seat, I look at EVERYTHING. Very pleased.

I came to this nail salon for the great reviews and because it was the only one open on a Sunday in the area and was deeply disappointed. My nail tech was very kind and sweet but had zero attention to detail. My nails are completely uneven and sticking straight up like claws. The paint job on the French tip looks like I did it with my left hand. I was charged 80 dollars which was also ridiculous for the low quality job: She didn’t even cut my cuticles. I pay 70 in the city for a Russian manicure that is 10/10 perfection and lasts me weeks. Really disappointed and will not return.

Worst pedicure I ever got here. If you wanna come here only ask for Kylie. He’s the only male guy that actually cares about his work and wants his guest to leave happy. What is the point of different pedicure packages if I’m going to get a service even more mediocre than the cheapest package???? This guy that did my pedicure today used one hand the whole time. Was done within 18 minutes. I told him about my toe nail that bothers me that Kylie and another male there that has done my feet before ALWAYS takes care of. He had no regard. Each time I go back bc I really want them to do a good job but it’s horrible. I’m done this time. 65$ on something I could’ve done myself.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Workers were talking about customers and laughing when they were sitting side by side doing pedicures. The quality of the work wasn't good. My toes and nails looked terrible, and we spent $120.
