Purchased a car they said was never in an accident. They lied and then later altered the Carfax report to cover up their deceptive business practices. Do not trust this car dealer.

They were very nice until….We bought a car here and drove it around 5,000 miles and the engine went bad. We contacted them about the warranty and all they said was it’s a 30 day guarantee or or 1,000 miles. So, we received absolutely no help from them. So, we won’t be purchasing a car from there again.

I was little apprehensive about buying used car but once I met Aman at LotofAutos he made the whole process of buying a used car a walk in the park. Not only he found us the right car in almost new like condition with low mileage and but also helped with great financing specially in light of rising interest rates. My car was delivered at my house just like any online car retailer. I am so happy with my car and will def be using LotOfAutos for my future car buying needs.

Lots of Autos is almost certainly a scam and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a used car. Here is my experience with Lots of Autos:I bought my first car from here in April of 2022. A used 2014 Chevy Cruze with 79000 miles for $12,000. Decent deal for the time, and as a 20 year old who had never owned a car I was extremely excited. The dealership had someone take care of the inspection for me and sent me on my way.2 minutes after pulling off the lot, my check engine light came on. Because of PA laws on purchasing used cars, I knew that I was screwed immediately. I found out the light was for the catalytic converter, and when reaching out to the guy who sold me it (forget his name unfortunately), he told me the catalytic converter was new and he could “turn off” the light for me.I never returned because I knew that wouldn’t solve the issue. Due to lack of money at the time, I drove the car up until May of 2023 and didn’t have any functional issues.Then it came time for a new inspection.My car failed emissions testing, so I replaced both the sensors and the catalytic converter (the garage used the model that was in the car) and yet the check engine light remained on. $1000 down the drain. I took it to a Chevy dealer and I was told the cat is the incorrect part number for the car, and that my Cruze requires a larger, more productive converter that costs $3000 to replace. So here I am in August of 2023 with inspection 3 months late, no money to replace it, and tickets being racked up due to the parking authority of downtown Bethlehem.I understand I wasted more money than I needed to by not taking it to a Chevy dealer immediately, and that I should’ve had the car inspected on my own. These mistakes were due to my own naïveté. But regardless of my mistakes, I was sold a car that was in improper condition and tricked into believing it was.I am writing this to dissuade any potential customers from wasting their money at this deceitful and sketchy dealership. Their inspector is likely shady and it seems they will place stickers on cars that are not legal to drive. From what I’ve gathered, they will connive to save money and take advantage of their customers for their own profits.Please, for any potential customers, look anywhere else before deciding to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I hope this review can save someone else from the trouble that I’ve gone through with my Lots of Autos vehicle.

My experience there was very incredible. I didn’t feel pressured into a sale. The team was very laid back and I felt welcomed and appreciated by everyone involved. The sold me a very upscale and affordable car. Thank you to Aman and his team for taking their time with my purchase. Very pleased!
