This is now my go to mailing hub. The staff is super friendly and they give personalized service. I am always greeted with a smile. They took the time to get to know me and send me my receipts by email which helps me to keep track of them better - no paper to lose. Someone is always there during their hours - this was a problem at the grocery store I was using. I love the one stop drop off location - I can drop off all my - USPS, FedEx and UPS - at one convenient location. No more running around town to different locations. I highly recommend this business!! Keep up the great work.

The staff is very rude except for the wife! I had a question and got berated because I was unsure. Did not want to help me at all. Seems racist! This place needs zero stars!

3$ to print a shipping label… What’s wrong with these businesses even the cashier was embarrassed to say “cough cough um $3 for one single print sir”. I gave them one star bc they made me laugh.

This is the best place to go for all of your shipping needs. The staff is so friendly and extremely helpful in finding the best way to ship your packages. Since I started going here, I don’t bother going anywhere else.

Thank goodness for Lehigh Valley Mailbox. If you need to send something internationally, they have you covered. They know exactly what to do and how to do it, and once they type the destination for the mailing form, it remains in their database, so the next time you have to send something to the same place, they already have the address, and they don't have to type it in over and over again every time you send something, like they do at the main Post Office. Also, other reviews here have mentioned how friendly and efficient the folks here are, and I wholeheartedly agree.

Super friendly and professional staff. My wife and I needed background checks to chaperone a field trip for my son's class. We were in and out with no problems. I highly recommend this business.

I always come from Hellertown to Lehigh Valley Mailbox because the staff are extremely helpful , attentive to my needs, find the correct size box or make one for my items, search for the best shipper, and provide the best quality service (including packing fragile items for overseas shipping). I highly recommend them.

Owner and employees are terrible, I called at 9:25am to see if they're open, since last time I was there they had a sign saying "sorry is closed today". Employee Shania asked me after 20 minutes waiting on the phone to "please stop calling since she is on the phone with someone else", I said, just need to know if you're open? her answer: "What do you think? I answer the phone right??? (sarcastic) Then she calls me back to "try to be nice" she said!!! I asked for her name and told her that wasn't the way to treat a customer... she didn't like that, then the Collins says, "Im the owner and you're not welcome here" and hang up.Good riddance... I don't have to expose myself to this kind of bussines and worse trust them with my documents. if they're like that at the beginning, how they'll be at the end once they get my money... hundreds of DHL and other carriers around the area. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

Will never do business with them again. Prices for shipping services were far too high for the way items were packaged. Slow service and had to wait a very long time to receive the package.

My package arrived in very poor condition, there was no packing materials around the antique box which when dropped it hit on the corners and broke 2 of the corners, there also were no FRAGILE stickers or handle with care because it was a antique, very disappointed! Won’t be using LVM again!
