Excellent! I had the two outer bands of my wedding stack soldered together to make a guard ring for my engagement ring. Everything looks excellent and my rings were returned back to me in mint condition.

Genuinely the sweetest and most respectful jewelers around. I had sub par jewelry I wanted sell, and most places turned me away immediately. Here, they took the time to explain why my item was sub par, how to tell if other items were, and more. The time they took to answer all my questions meant more to me than selling the jewelry!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!….I MADE A PURCAHSE AND WENT AND GOT MY OWN GIA REPORT, THE DIAMOND MAY AS WELL BE FROZEN SPIT…IT WAS SUCH POOR QUALITY. I WAS TOLD IT WAS SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT, A MUCH HIGHER GRADE AND I WAS OVER CHARGED AND RIPPED OFF…ON BOTH ITEMS….DO NOT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU DEMAND A GIA REPORT TO PROVE AUTHENTICITY….DO NOT BUY FROM HERE…You’ve been warned. These people have been in the industry for decades, so they know better but will still smile in your face, take your money and sell you garbage. JUST STAY AWAY…if you can’t get a GIA report stay away. GIA is recognized by the whole diamond industry and will give you a true report on what you are getting.

Scott did a resizing on my 43 year old black onyx 10k gold Masonic ring. Upon looking it over after he did the work, one would be hard pressed to find anywhere on the ring that it was cut and resized. After the resizing, he cleaned and polished it up. The stone and the gold band looks as though it was just purchased brand new. The ring fits perfectly and am hardly aware that it is being worn. Customer service was great and the order was filled promptly. Highly recommend Lehigh Valley Jewelry & Exchange!

I walked into this store because I simply needed help with finding a fitting box for a gift I had bought for a family member. I really appreciate how the nice lady helped me out, I really wish I would have asked her name. I will definitely be going back as I need two rings to be sized. While I was in there, I also could not help but notice the beautiful selection they had. If you are looking for a nice piece of jewelry definitely go to this store. A little kindness goes a long way and it's places like this that make a difference and stand out.Thank you!

Could of had better customer service. She made the process very difficult. She told me shortening my bracelet would take 3 weeks plus another week until the owner comes in. I asked a question which she responded with rudeness and sarcasm. I do intent to wait and pay for the service. Hopefully, the bracelet will be cut to where I asked.
