Lenny knows what's wrong with your VW, and he can fix it. Plain and simple. He has rescued my VW's more times than I can remember, and he rescued me again today! Something as simple as a little plug for a speaker can be a pain in the butt, but Lenny took one look and knew what was up and had the parts I needed.

They’re trash, how this mfs gonna have me waiting 2 months for my car to get fixed, extending the time saying ( we gonna give u an answer, or saying we call u back in 2 weeks give us some time) until I reached to months after I call them just to get the answer saying, ( Oh we’re not going to work on ur car cuz my boss don’t want to) who that hell does that?, and even tho I got charged 132 dollars just for check the car, that’s crazy!

I could not recommend them enough. Have a vw cabrio so not as accessible and they fixed up things that people haven’t been able to fix in years. Window has been leaking since 2015 and I have absolutely no leaks anymore. Taylor was who I talked too and who I think worked on my car and he’s wonderful. Super fair pricing, quick, very communicative and exceptional work. I will only be taking my vw here from now!

I am so glad I have found a great reliable mechanic at this family run VW and Volvo shop. From the small to the very large needs I have had, they have been excellent. For e they have helped me bring my 2006 Beetle convertible back to life for much more life on the road.

Customer service explained what was the problem with the car and what it needed before doing the work.
