I used to think highly of this service station but now I'm starting to reconsider... First off I was having a problem with my brake pedal hitting the floor they had my car for almost a week and found nothing wrong with it and I received a bill for over $400... Which Ryan told me I should be thankful for because the original bill was $800 and Khris took it down to half. This was all labor charges mind you no parts involved here.
Secondly I took my car in for inspection found out I needed front brakes I almost fell over when I got the bill. I asked Ryan and he said that the cost of parts are going up since COVID. Well I pulled out my bill from 2021 when I got my brakes done there and the prices did go up a little bit. What was astonishing to me is the labor they charged me to in 1 hour of labor to fix them last time and now it takes them an hour and a half to fix them. Plus the hourly rate almost doubled. Why would it take a half hour longer to fix them 3 years later I think that's a rip off
