DO NOT BY A KIA REGARDLESS OF WHAT Anyone says before you do go ahead and read all the bad reviews of the engines blowing my engine blue at 113 miles and when I called Kia first of all they put me on hold and transferred me about 10 times and then gave me to the rudest people And basically told me my Vin number wasn’t one that was being recalled so I’m sitting here with a 2014 Kia Sorrento with 13,000 miles that needs a new engine and Kia is willing to do nothing. Their customer service is horrendous. People warned me not to buy one and the guy that sold it to me told me it was a great car , and now I have nothing to drive and Kia will not help me at all. Also, Allentown Kia who worked on my car is taking absolutely no responsibility for the fact that they gave me the car back. Said they checked all the fluids, but there was no oil in my car when I took it to my mechanic , feel free to contact me. I am now getting people to pick it at all Kia dealerships not to buy them. They are the worst cars ever no matter what anybody tells you.

Quick statement, I would NOT recommend a Kia vehicle for anyone looking to buy new or used vehicles. The Kia Sorento we had was losing oil between oil changes (performed by a Kia Dealer) We found literature online about an oil consumption bulletin, and asked our local Kia for assistance. They performed a test and said there was nothing wrong with the engine saying the oil filter could be eating oil (the one they put on the last oil change). In fact staff told us it's normal to lose 3 quarts of oil and we should get oil changes more often. When we left the lot, it ran worse than when we dropped it off. When we reached out to Kia of America, we received a supporting statement verifying that Kia is not standing behind their product malfunction. As stated above, I would not recommend buying a vehicle from Kia considering the poor customer experience and lack of support we received as Kia Customers. Take your business elsewhere.
