  sent my blender to get it fixed, called again and again, they said that they had a mistake and couldn't fix it until I called (2 weeks after!) so they "fixed" it and sent it back to me, guess what?! the blender wasn't fixed at all! nothing was done! I ended up paying more than $1,000!conclusion:1. bought this blender a year ago for $2,140, stopped working after a year, paid more than $1,000 to get it fixed while it was not.2. the worst blender you can get for that amount of money.3. service department the worst you can find.BE AWARE OF JULABO USA PRODUCTS!
