My husband and I recently purchased our Land Rover in October and had the pleasure of working with Josh Lutzi. He was professional from start to finish and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Fast forward one week and we had an issue with our Maserati Quattroporte and the car was not starting and we needed to get to the battery in the trunk but couldn’t open it since the battery was dead and we were running out of options. We couldn’t get anyone to help at our own local dealership and on a whim my husband reached out to Josh to see if he could help since they used to own a Maserati dealership. Quick thinking Josh partnered with his coworker Jordan Lewis who knew how to open the trunk and hook up our battery charger! Neither of them had to help us but they went over and above to make sure to solve our problem! We truly appreciated both of these gentlemen taking a lot of time and patiently talking things through with us, it’s not easy to find dedicated employees like Josh and Jordan and that is the way to building a strong client relationship! Thanks again Josh and Jordan!

Bill at Land Rover Allentown was my salesperson and did a great job helping me order a new RR Sport, he was great from the minute I walked in until the minute I drove off upon delivery.

I recently took my car to Bennett Jaguar Land Rover in Allentown for service, only to have the same issue resurface a week later. Since then, I’ve been trying to get a follow-up appointment, and it’s been an absolute nightmare.
I’ve called six times and have yet to receive an appointment. Tyler from the service department has been particularly disappointing—easily the worst service representative I’ve ever encountered. I’ve left five voicemails for him, along with one message left with the secretary, Britney. Now, two weeks later, I’m still waiting on a call back.
If you’re looking for good service and timely communication, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I can only hope they improve their customer service standards soon

Very poor job, after spending more than $6,000.00 dollars , the problem still exist.
During its surgery I had not driven the vehicle more than 10 miles. Today I drove to work and find out the problem still exist.
Very disappointed.

Do Not Buy Here!
I originally did this review & I gave this place five stars but after six weeks of the runaround from different people no callbacks & they just didn't do the right thing,
I now give them one star because zero stars isn't a choice on their site.
I thought I had a great experience here. After I signed the contract & left is when things went downhill. It started with a part for the passenger side door that was ordered, but after a few weeks found out it was never ordered to begin with then found out they actually did have the part.
These people don't communicate with one another.
There was also a small dent under the front passenger side mirror, which had to of happened during shipping of the vehicle because of where it was located & the sun glare I did not notice it until after I got home & pulled in my garage into different lighting.
I called these guys about this problem & I was given the runaround along with Garrett telling me three times while on the phone. This isn't something we normally do once you leave the building because you could've caused the dent or someone else could've done it. He said we have three people that inspect our cars before they are sold Is what I was told but apparently none of them did their job because the door & the dent were there before I purchased it & drove it home.
According to Billie he tried to help by speaking with the GM & he was going to get in touch with Garrett & talk this through. I've had this car six weeks & I still have not received a phone call of you know what, we appreciate you purchasing this car & spending that kind of money & we value your business & want you to come back so yes, we will do the right thing & fix that dent for you. Nothing!
I have received nothing even after a few text & calls with Billie & Garrett never returned phone calls nor did the GM. No one had the decency to do the right thing. Also, Jovan slid in the tire & rim insurance in my contract that I told him we did not want because of the price. he tried to sell it to me for $6995 for this insurance. I said no, I have bought new range rovers for years & that insurance was always $2495 he said yes that's $50 over our cost which was not a deal at all.
This place is only nice to you while you're there & before you sign the contract. Their prices are thousands of dollars more than the Harrisburg location but you're told they're the lowest price in the area.
I will NEVER buy a car here ever again!
Customer service sucks!

I hate this dealer so bad the service advisors are a joke you can never get a hold of them you leave messages and they don't return ur call they barely give updates on your vehicle they just have you waiting. I don't understand why I have to get nasty on the phone to receive updates on my car. They never have a loaner for you the service overall sucks. I should have went to another dealer. This my last time with these guys.. BAD SERVICE

I was surprised to be asked to review due the numerous issues. Although, I can not be upset or angry. This is how this location considers that this is their business trade practices. The trust is gone and take with caution. It is almost as they are being encouraged to not have ethics. Who knows what is being done or not being done in their care, custody and control when servicing maintainance on a customer's vehicle. Unfortunately, there is limited availability of landrover and European service shops.
No matter, I held my excellence in composure and went through reflection. I refused to let them ruin my focus...I had to come to an hard acceptance that this is how they are. This is on them, and not me. I feel sorry for the rest that went through this, which is on past reviews as well. They have alot of work to do on in various areas. Wish them the best, they will need it.

Brittany does a great job with customer service for the Service Department. She even sent us a bottle of wine back with our vehicle after our service appointment and valet exchange of their courtesy vehicle!

This service team is exceptional. From keeping you updated on your vehicle, to ensuring you have a loaner car, to concierge service. They do it all. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Tyler T. on an issue I had with my track, he was knowledgeable and kept me updated on timeline on completion.

If I could give zero stars I would! No communication - they never answer the phone - multiple days go by before I had to call back because calls weren’t returned! Service dept is incompetent and also zero communication! This dealership is so bad I actually got rid of my Defender so I wouldn’t have to deal with them! Now waiting on 5 weeks to get an answer about my extended warranty reimbursement! Avoid at all costs!
Your apology message falls on deaf ears - there’s nothing you could do to make up for it or get me to come back. You’ve lost a customer and I’m gonna tell everyone I know not to deal with you people.

Avoid this dealer at all costs. They violated the PA Board of Vehicles Act when they sold me a vehicle with a broken windshield, and have now held my car hostage for 6 months while they slowly remediate their error. They provide absolutely zero updates on what they are repairing and how much it will cost. Absolutely horrible business. Do not buy a vehicle here.
