This is the most poorly run business I have ever come across. I had an issue with the PCM in my Jaguar, and was advised by Jaguar that I HAVE to bring it to a dealer for this. Bennet told me to bring it in and they would diagnose it in a week. They refused to acknowledge any findings by my previous mechanic and quoted me a thousand dollars for a diagnosis. Three weeks later, there was still no diagnosis. I spoke with the mechanics, the service manager, and the general manager. They promised me progress in the coming days, but made none. Another 2 weeks passed and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone after leaving several messages. Finally Don, the service manager, told me that if I wanted my car done in any sort of a timely fashion, I should bring it to another Jaguar dealership. They refused to give me a loaner vehicle, an ETA, or a tow to a new facility. Five weeks later, I am towing the car 52 miles to the nearest Jaguar on my own dime. There was never a diagnosis made. The general manager never called me back, and refused to speak to me in person. It is remarkable that Bennet Jaguar of Allentown has not gone out of business, but I’m sure they will soon. I will never buy another Jaguar and cannot advise against this dealership strongly enough.

Another disappointing experience with this allentown jaguar dealership. I suggest a person takes the drive to new jersey paul miller Jaguar dealerships as i have learned to do. Despite living in Pennsylvania. It’s always one thing or another with them.

Today was the best purchase I've ever made. Victor made the process easier than ever. His manager Garrett gave us a great deal. Happy to say that I appreciated everything. Ask for Victor he will make you feel like your at home.

Previously owned a Land Rover discovery sport that was in the service department for over three months and it was the third time it was in for the same issue so decided to trade it in on a jaguar F pace instead of dealing with anymore headaches. We dealt with Victor in sales who went above and beyond to get us the deal we wanted even going so far to go above the sales manager, Garrett‘s head to do so. If you ask me, Victor should be the sales manager not Garrett because he doesn’t know how to deal with people appropriately. Mitch the GM of this location was great to deal with as well. They renewed my faith in the dealership, and I would definitely purchase from them again.

In my opinion Jaguar buyer beware. Before you buy a Jaguar from this dealership, please know they took over a month to get my broken down jaguar in for service. Then took another three weeks to fix it. In addition to that they scratched my car, said they would fix it, and then never returned by calls. So, the scratch never got fixed.
My XF has been nothing but a headache since the first day I bough it. I really wish I did not buy a Jaguar. 13K miles and the timing belt slipped. Now 10K miles later the car is starting to do the same thing again. Do yourself a favor and skip over Jaguar and this dealership.

Called for an inquiry about concerns of my vehicle; the tone and attitude explicitly showed their lack of regard for the consumer. Find another dealer, they don’t care about you.

The first time I called was the beginning of Feb 2024, asked for a salesman, so I spoke with one and I requested deals on getting another lease on an FPace he said he will call me back with info and never did. This past Tuesday the 5th, called again requesting info on getting a new lease since mine is about to expire, i am still waiting on a call back and it was the same person, first initial M. I got my lease back in 2020 and I had a nice experience, now this is disappointing.

Update 1/09/2024. I spoke with Mr Rob Bennett directly and he resolved the issue of my deposit and was extremely apologetic. Because of his phone call I may return to Bennett Jaguar in the future. Ordered a F-Pace and was notified it came in. I advised I would be in to pick it up in a week. When I got there I asked to see the car and was told it was being detailed. Was there for 90 minutes - NEVER saw the car. They tried to low-ball me on my trade - twice! I walked out. They called me 3 days later and advised they “found the money” for my trade. I told them they should have “found it” when I was there. I requested my $1000 deposit be refunded via check and was told the business office would send in 7-10 days. It has been over a month and no check. When I have time I guess I’ll have to chase them for that money. What a horrible experience. Not at all what I expected from a luxury car dealer.

I scheduled a test drive and was pleasantly surprised that not only was Josh Lutzi waiting for me when I arrived but he had the car pulled up front and warmed up, which was good since it was a cold day. I had a very good experience overall, Josh was very easy to work with and it was actually a fun experience where I didn't feel pressured. Highly recommend working with Josh.
