My experience at Jackson Hewitt was great! I’m a First time client at this location. I have no complaints Yumika was great she was patient informative and took her time with me. I am pleased with the service I received and will be back next year to do it all over again.

My husband and I have been Jackson Hewitt clients for many years, at least 15 and we have never, NEVER had any issues. I know their prices are higher then other companies but it is well worth the money to be able to sit comfortably.. We chat and B***S*** while being professional and on point. Our returns have always been on the high end since Jackson Hewitt tries to get you as much as they can. That being said, we're satisfied clients as always. See ya next year.

The women in the office are amazing! Very helpful knowledgeable and very kind. I was in and out of there within a half hour easiest process I will continue coming back every year.

We made an appointment online and received a confirmation email. I had to reschedule the appointment to a different time, yet I received a confirmation email on the change of appointment time. We drive 30 minutes to the appointment and they are fully closed. I call the number and they state they are only open Thursday and Friday from 10-3. Obviously a waste of my time, will never be going back since very few working people can go to the tax place between 10-3. As well as, I had a confirmation email from the appointment and no one was there.
