Replaced the windshield on my cla 35 amg today and everything went super smooth. This is my second time working with Jacks Glass and they could not have simplified the process more. Super easy, just called and they had the glass in stock already, and were ready to replace it the first thing the next morning. I had worked with them over a year ago to replace a sliding glass door in our basement, even with that they had their guys come out and take all the measurements, and within a week they were back and installed the glass. Accepted payment from insurance for the glass work, and I paid out of pocket for the windshield. They gave me the best rate in Allentown for the windshield when other local shops were charging upwards of $200 more. Dealership quoted me $1800, other local shops $600+ and Jacks got the job done in under $500. Great experience overall, and looking forward to working with them again soon for any glasswork.

I recently had to have a rear windshield replaced and they did a phenomenal job ~ friendly, efficient, and fast! I dealt with Rachel and Eric and both were fantastic; excellent customer service. Seems hard to find these days so I am so appreciative! I can't recommend them enough.

I have a 30 year old storm door that needed a new screen. But the company has discontinued that model, so they have no replacement parts. I spent hours calling different hardware stores and window/door stores; seems my screen has a “hard to come by” flat spline. I was referred to Jack’s Glass and was lucky enough to talk to Eric. His answer was a tentative “maybe”. So we took it in. He wasn’t certain they could reuse the spline after so many years, but we remained optimistic. Well, Jimmy must be a magician! He had a new screen in with the used spline the same afternoon!! Great people to work with! I’ll refer people to them anytime I can. Thank you.

Fast and friendly service of total windshield replacement. They coordinated w my insurance and everything. Safelite told me it would take a month to get my windshield. Jacks glass got it in 2 days. Highly recommend. Thank you!

I’ve been going to Jack’s for 40 years. Today I went to see if they could fix the mouth of a pitcher that I had chipped. In less than 5 minutes the pitcher looked as if nothing happened to it. Perfection!

The fine team of Chris and Tony installed my new glass shower doors. They left the room as clean as they found it. I spent several minutes with Chris, who educated me on how to care for the glass from routine maintenance to long term care. He answered all my questions and encouraged that 8 reach out to Jack’s if I need to in the future. Great work! Great experience!
