Would rate Jack Williams Tires & Auto Services located at 3300 Lehigh Street Allentown with less than a 1 star if that was an option. I ordered a tire for my vehicle on 12/04/2023 with the understanding the replacement tire was to be the same as what was presently on the vehicle. I set up an appointment for 12/09/2023 at 8 AM. When I arrived at the business for my appointment I was told the tire was not in yet. "An issue with the truck". Now expected to arrive between 9:30 to 10 AM same day. I was assured by Will, identified as the manager, I would get a call when the tire arrived. I cannot understand why the business did not notify me on Friday evening before the EOB that the tire had not arrived! Instead of the customer driving there at appointment time on Saturday 12/09/2023 to be told tire had not arrived. Later Saturday morning I arrived back at the business to ask about the status of the tire since I had not gotten a call it arrived. Was told by Will that "tire just arrived". I have to trust that that is correct but I truly have by doubts. Car is now on the lift. I wanted to confirm that the replacement tire was indeed the same tire as on the vehicle. I was told yes. For accuracy I mentioned markings that should be on the tire. When Will and another worker actually "looked" at the tire it WAS NOT THE SAME TIRE! Will responded that he ordered the correct one. Which he may have, but my question is why no one put eyes on the tire before trying to install it???? I would never recommend this business nor will I ever return. Seems the staff it much more interested in making a sale then doing what the customer requests.

I'd give this place a zero if I could. They sold me 4 new tires for $1350 in February- by November the tires were so bald that the wire mesh was coming out of them. They told me it was my fault because I didn't rotate the tires after 5000 miles. What a crock. The immediate next place said the tires were like that because the alignment was done wrong. This place is garbage.

Brought my car in for the first service outside of the dealership service. John advised me to use the same oil and filter that the dealer uses so he got them both for me did the oil change and rotated my tires all for $80.00 LESS than the dealership.

Jack Williams was recently sold to Mavis Tires and the price goes up significantly for an oil change. Jack Williams previously included labor and oil filter in the price, but now they charge them all separately. An oil change that costed me about $50 now $85.65 for Toyota RAV4. Most likely they increase the price on every other services too. This is outrageous and I will not be back. There is plenty of competition out there, and this certainly drives away long time customers like me as acknowledged by the employee answering the phone.

These guys are great! They go the extra mile for me and I've thrown some unusual tire sizes their way. Communication is exceptional and service quick and thorough. I use them for all my tire needs. Pricing is on par as well.

I will only take my truck there from now on ! Eston is great and very helpful, they did a level kit, tires, rims, and a dual exhaust for a great price, I wasn't sure what I wanted and Eston showed me many options and didn't try to push expensive parts on me. I have gone back for oil changes and inspections. I recently purchased LED headlights and after looking at the install I called Eston and he gave me a good price for install. My Ford is a bear to install headlights as you have to take off half the front !! Picked up my truck and it looked like it was never touched ! Very professional job , and believe me my truck is my baby and I looked it over good ! I will be going back for a lift kit and any future needs ! This review is for the Whitehall location !
