This review is for truck rental at Glenwood St. location. DO NOT RESERVE ONLINE. I reserved a box truck online from this location for my daughter's move. It guided me through the entire process including entering credit card information for the deposit. I received an email with a confirmation number. The day I went to pick up the truck I was told that the online reservation system didn't work (sounded like it never had). You needed to call to make a reservation. I was told "Some mornings I have seven or eight people standing in front of me and three trucks available". I am not sure why the online option is even available if it doesn't work. Luckily there was a large van available that day and we took it. We soon realized there was no window washer fluid and the tires we're extremely low on air. The low air pressure light was on when we picked up the truck and had probably been on for a while judging by how low the pressure was in them. Once we resolved the van issues we were able to make our move, but what a hassle.

Great, clean, organized store. Got cabinets for my RV and they are pretty good. Staff was really friendly too.

I don't normally write negative reviews but this one I felt was needed. There is such horrible customer service at this store. Waited forever to get assistance with purchasing a 3500 stainless steel LG fridge. No matter how many associates walked by, no one bothered to ask if I needed assistance. The store was not busy either and another couple were also waiting and getting annoyed. After asking twice and having someone call for service in appliances, no one bothered to come to help any of us. After leaving and going back to Home Depot hours later, I observed 4 associates doing nothing but socializing in the appliance section. When I went over to ask for help one guy barely turned to look at me and with attitude asked me what I wanted. Although he addressed my question on a product which turned out to be only available online, he did not even bother to offer to order it for me, he left and went back to his friends at the appliance counter. Oh well home depot great job to you! You missed out on a good purchase from two separate families that walked away and frankly I am in the middle of an entire kitchen remodel so I will be purchasing my appliances at Lowes instead! Good job associates, next time I won't interrupt your socializing for assistance with a purchase.

No wonder why this store has 19 reviews and only 2.5 stars. I wish I came to Yelp first. The assistant manager WILL & JEFF are not willing to listen to any issues they you may have on your order. TERRY the COS is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with and they need to admit that they need to hire more help instead of blaming the customer. I bought a special order carpet and tried calling to cancel for several days. I even called the install company who said they cannot return for me that I have to call the store- they also said they had trouble contacting the store. WILL hung up on me TWICE when I asked him not to. He would never let me get a word in. I asked if I could speak to another manager he said there are no other managers on. I called back and sure enough JEFF & Jaclyn were also working. I got Jeff first and asked to speak to Jaclyn (bc I felt as if these men did not care about my concerns as they would laugh at me and not answer my questions) Jeff said he would transfer me to Jaclyn and he transferred me to Will. I told will I refused to speak to him. He transferred me back to Jeff. As if my run around with communication wasn't bad enough this is what I now had to deal with, with "MANAGERS". I am very upset that they would not take any accountability for what has gone on. Jeff told me he Is doing what Will and Terry told him and he agrees with them and I asked him a question about my order and he couldn't even answer it so why would he agree with them when he hasn't even heard my point of view? If Home Depot corporate is reading this I really hope you have recorded lines and go back to listen to how I was treated. These managers are ruining your business. The sad part is- I gave 4 years of my life to this company when I worked for them years ago and this is the thanks I get. NO customer should be treated the way I was treated. I would cancel the whole thing if it wouldn't end up costing me $500 for the craziness I have been through. Also this order was a phone sale and they never spoke to me of the cancellation policy - they just sent me a copy today (purchased on 8/27) and none of them had an exact grip on it when I asked them questions on when my carpet was shipped and how long I had to cancel. SHAME on all of you!!! Also need to add they are going to say they gave me money off already and they didn't! That was for a whole separate issue!

phone rang for 20 minutes after a man transferred me to the paint dept. not the first time. no one ever answered at all. publicly traded company run like nobody home! i haven't bothered to go into a home depot or call for 10 years because the the inability to even get through to a manager or any human let alone trust them with a large purchase or install. never seen anything like this. don't deal with them on any level if they don't even answer the phone. glenwood st. allentown

My first trip to this Home Depot I needed to have keys made. Employees paged fir someone 3 different times and nobody showed up. After half an hour one of the other employees who had paged for someone in keys made them for me. Second trip I bought a new range. I paid to have the old one removed. The day of delivery they took the old range minus the door to the old one. I noticed it within 5 minutes of them leaving. I called them and they said sorry and hung up on me. Today I went to buy a new garage disposal. Only one person is actually helping customers in the appliance department. After waiting 45 minutes I inquired about getting it professionally installed and asked how much that would be. Employee said I don't know. She couldn't be bothered to look it up in the computer. Icing on top of the cake today. As I was leaving the store one of the employees was talking to a customer close to the check out lines the employee had his mask down around his chin. I'm done Home Depot. I'll drive the extra miles to Lowe's.

I had the most lovely experience with Ro this morning! She helped me find exactly what I needed, including a larger cart! She definitely made my experience a pleasant one! You are lucky to have Ro as your employee!
