This place is excellent! they had the exact travel system we were interested in, and we were able to try it out in store, as well as pick from a variety of colors. Excellent selection, pricing and communication. Highly recommend.

September 2021 by Ashley Smith
I dont often write posts but, for this experience I felt the need to do so. My husband and I originally purchases a furniture set at Buy Buy Baby. We were told all the furniture was on back order BUT it would be in, in September. September came and no furniture. After talking to the store manager, who was rude and bullied a pregnant woman, he assured us he would accommodate us but was unable to. I left buy buy baby in tears because our baby was due soon and we didnt have furniture. When my husband and I got to the car, we searched other baby furniture stores which lead us to Hello Baby.We shared our experience with the lady who worked their. She was incredibly kind and very upfront on which furniture items we could walk out of the store with TODAY!!! she even was able to ensure that we would get our furniture. This lady also apologized for the experience we had at the other store and told us not to worry, she could help and we will not have a bad experience. And she was right. We were extremely grateful for the help and kindness of this lady. We picked up our furniture the next day.I highly reccomend going to Hello Baby before any other store.

We bought several furniture items here and had a great experience with ordering, selecting colors/finishes, etc. There are also lots of fun little items and clothing options to choose from.

At the end of August we purchased a crib furniture set as well as a glider chair. The next day we received a notification that the finish we selected was no longer available. So we select a new finish. Next day, we receive an email stating that the style crib we selected was discontinued and we needed to select another option. We were promised there would not be an up-charge for the change. Ok, fine, we selected another a crib option. Next day we receive a third email telling us there is an additional $250 charge for the new crib. We now have the option to either cancel our order, pay more, or buy the floor model furniture that had 2 minor dings for 30% off. We go w/the floor model as we felt this was an appropriate offer from the store who somehow could not communicate with their manufacturer effectively when our order was originally submitted. Keep in mind the store has to order a new model for their floor anyway since the one they currently have is now no longer available. It took 2-3 follow up calls/emails before I was sufficiently refunded the 30% off. Weeks and weeks go by without any update on the delivery of our chair. The manager we worked with leaves the company and we’re left dealing with 2 completely new associates who cannot give us any kind of update let alone if our chair has actually been put into production. We are told the chair is on back order about 6-7 weeks after we placed the order. Mind you we had to go into the store to get this information. A few weeks later all of a sudden our chair is ready to be delivered. The store aggressively calls, leaves voicemails, and sends me an email asking to call them immediately regarding delivery and payment. I already paid up front. They are annoyed I didn’t answer the phone and told me they had everything shipped to their warehouse. Makes sense since we needed everything there anyway. I explain I already paid for delivery and then they finally confirm. The furniture and chair are delivered and the chair is missing one of the screws (this was a special Order item and should not have happened), the crib is missing hardware, has additional damages and 2 large gashes that were not there before, and is also missing the assembly instructions. I call the store and send them images of the hardware we received and they ask us to tell them what hardware is missing. How are we supposed to know since the instructions that they then had to email us only list the type of hardware without the size? I explain we are definitely missing specific hardware and we also received additional hardware we have no idea what to do with. At this point we decide to go into the store and are greeted by the same person that started 2 months prior and cannot give us any information. She kept getting defensive and saying this could be a store or warehouse issue. To us it doesn’t matter because what happened is unacceptable. I ask to have either the owner or manager call us. She tells us that she will get in contact with the furniture buyer to determine what hardware we’re missing and then she’ll give us a call. Later I realize she emailed us saying they are ordering touch up paint and we need to give them a list of hardware we’re missing. We are at our wits end being given the runaround and decided we will just buy our own hardware and never work with this company again. They are completely mismanaged and have a serious lack of concern for their customers. I find it disgusting that a manager did not get involved to apologize after the many missteps on their part. When you are paying a minimum of $2K for furniture you expect it to arrive with the correct hardware/instructions and if something is wrong with it for someone to call you and make it right. We would’ve been much better off buying online, paying less, and reducing the amount of stress they put us through. I hope the owner/manager sees this so they know how their company is currently being run. Apparently they either do not know what goes on in their store or do not care. Either way save yourself a lot of time & $$ and go elsewhere!

I want to start this review off by saying we purchased a furniture set about a year and a half ago with no issues. The quality of customer service and level Of professionalism has taken a nosedive since then. At the end of August, we purchased a crib furniture set as well as a glider chair. The next day we received a notification that the finish we selected was no longer available. No big deal we’ll select another one. They were wonderful. My daughter found a first holy communion dress that she loved, along with matching shoes and a veil. They were fabulous when my daughter was trying on dresses, and the ordering process was easy and very organized ?

Nikki was very helpful with choosing a stroller, car seat, and bassinet during lockdown for covid-19. She has a great selection and the most adorable baby clothes/accessories. Our little one decided to arrive almost 2 months early and our order hadn’t arrived to the store yet. Nikki was prepared with loaner equipment until our order arrived and was always available to answer any questions. She went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t have the added stress of figuring out how to get these things while our baby was in the NICU. We certainly will be recommending the store to our friends and family and we’ll be back to support her business!

Products: BEAUTIFUL products, decent prices, good variety. Customer service: Awful. I walked in and was "bumming" it outfit wise, no makeup. They treated me like I was not worth their time. Let me say, no matter what someone looks like, you don't know how much money they have in their pockets or what that personal finds value in. I would have easily dropped well over $100-300 if I wasn't so taken aback by how ignorant they were to me.
