I worked there for 7 years, and was legitimately terminated for my own issues. So I think this 5-star review carries additional weight. They make a concentrated effort to sell the best quality merchandise at the lowest possible price. Their Customer Service analyzes and addresses all buyer feedback, both positive and negative, and takes appropriate action. right on up to the top of the command chain. They take every measure to ensure that their on-line listings are accurate and not misleading. I've never known anything about this online retailer to be shady or questionable.

Ordered a keyboard from them on June 29 through Walmart.com. The next day it was listed as "just shipped" by Walmart. Eight days later, it's the same, so i checked the USPS tracking number with USPS website. The tracking number is coded as "USPS currently awaiting package" meaning that, although it is due to be delivered tomorrow, the people at HDE haven't bothered to ship it yet. Cancelled my order through Walmart and found a better deal on Amazon. Never order anything from them unless you don't want it to arrive for months!

I recently purchased a pop filter for my brand new Blue Yeti microphone. The title of the listing had "Blue Yeti" in it. However, the clamp on the pop filter was clearly not designed for a Blue Yeti. The clamp was clearly designed for a small cylindrical shape like many mic stands, which the Blue Yeti does not have. The clamp didn't fit vertically and damaged my $130 microphone. Customer service keeps ignoring my questions regarding the damaged done to my microphone by the pop filter that was supposedly made for it, although clearly not designed for it. Customer service is not attempting to make things right. This was nothing short of false advertising and using a popular microphone make and model to attract attention. I'm still waiting for them to make it right, but I am doubtful with the interactions (and lack of) that I have had so far.

I bought 2 pairs of khaki stretchy shorts..they wear like athletic shorts stretchy. But with the looks of traditional khaki, that you can wear out to dinner

HDE is an online retailer that sells electronic accessories (computer parts, audio/video, camera accessories, video game accessories, etc.) and fashion statement accessories (suspenders, ties, jewelry, etc.). The website is www.shophde.com. They have excellent customer service and really great prices. Unfortunately, they don't have a retail store at this time, but hopefully they will get one in the future. They have some of the coolest gadgets and all of the latest stuff. I highly recommend them and give them 4 out of 5 stars (it would be 5 of 5 if they had a store).
