I like the new changes made to the store and the increase in inventory but the experience my sister and I had today was terrible. Linda helped with my transaction and we were treated terribly. Both staff at the register were passive aggressive and trash talking customers in front of us. This has been my go-to Goodwill for over a year now but I don’t know if I’ll be returning.

I didn’t like the renewal of the store because it makes it very crowded and it smells. sometimes selling not working stuff specially for the appliances and it’s very bad that you can’t return anything there, I had a bad luck with many things I have bought from there with too high prices . I hope they can offer the return or even exchange policy.

With all of the overpriced stuff, the shelves are a hot mess. The poor store workers are in a continual process of placing and sorting then pulling items, which eventually get sold for pennies on the dollar anyway. Case in point - Allen rifle bag marked for $49.99 used actually retails on multiple sites for $49.99 brand new. Only idiots are buying at those prices unless it is pristine condition, a collectible, or highly sought after because they don't make the item anymore. Also, no one is paying $5.00 for used cards? Maybe it's about time to start reasonable pricing so your employees aren't drowing in merchandise and you can actually generate $ at the store versus taking the time and money to ship it around then practically give it away. Seems like the Good Will has turned into "High prices are GOOD because it WILL line the pockets of Management." With that said, you can still find some deals, but it's probably because someone fudged the price or didn't know what the item actually was. Good luck, people!

Books are $2.99 each whereas other places will charge $.50, commonly $1.25+1.50 at MOST. The rising prices only discourage people from ever going back again and creating less revenue for a company. Goodwill needs to make better strategic decisions on pricings as multiple people have complained.

The efforts to make a difference in the community stand for the good of the people & that's what counts! The customer service was fast & friendly! The workers gladly took my donation & it was simple overall!

Spent time in the store. Went to purchase an item with price tag intact only to be told I couldn't purchase. Doesn't make sense, wasted my time

Cashier was rude and rigid. Refused to issue corporate telephone number and basically shooed me away. The manager Google'd the number and gave me two numbers - both of which were wrong. One telephone number was a a direct line to a scam. Merchandise was dirty and overpriced. I will NEVER come back.

I will never drop off donations at this location again. One of the two employees I encountered today was very rude. He had a badge saying employee of the month yet lacked any manners or respect for the people who support his company with their donations. I appreciated the other employee's attempts to make me feel better by being kind but I don't want to deal with Mr Employee-of-the-Month ever again.

It's ok. Once in a while, you can find something worth while, but for the most part, everything is worn & looks like it should be used as a rag...you can sometimes find stuff in the home goods section.

My friend came here for clothes . She found a used dress for $9.99 a little pricey for something they got free. she is from another state and had a $2.00 off GoodWill card. The man at the register was Absolutely no no no no no no no no can't use this $2.00 GoodWill card here . When I said it should be good at any Goodwill store he got nasty ? No way are we going to honor a $2.00 off Goodwill card, not here. He declared the Goodwill Stores he worked is an keystone Goodwill store and they are special no discounts here for a elderly lady who is disabled and was homeless for three years. He basically spit on her card and gave it back to her. ? Oh no that would be a No go, to honor a Goodwill card for $2.00 from another state . really screwed up. Um this store gets everything for free then they beg you to round your purchase to the nearest dollar for they can write this rounded up change off as a tax write off. Shame on this store they are not out to do Goodwill they are all about greed, greed and more greed.. ?
