There is a very rude young lady at the giant direct, disrespecting clients as they go in and basically humiliated them in front of everyone. I don't appreciate going there to be harassed by anyone. If you have the company's uniform you need to represent your company with respect to others. Just because you going to the parking lot doesn't give you the right to be loud and disrespectful. Hopefully something be done about this or it might get worse, today was me tomorrow can be the secret shopper.

I wish they had more options of amy's frozen vegan food. Like the lasagna, meatloaf, tofu scramble etc. I would shop here more if they had more vegan options

Nice store, though not so different from any other Giant. Although not my store for my weekly groceries, as Redner's prices are cheaper overall, it is located along my commute home from work, and they more regularly carry a few items which either Redner's occasionally doesn't have or has stopped carrying.

A nice man named Fred was patient and very helpful to my grandmother. He said he was only there for two weeks but still a very nice guy while he was still learning the layout of the store.

This store is well managed and well stocked, including seasonal and specialty items. The store is kept quite clean and has many items you can't always find in other grocery stores, especially ethnic and other items used in religious meal events. This store maintains a wide selection of Kosher and Halal items for various needs. It's definitely the best Giant in the Lehigh Valley.

I was really happy with my visit there.I found everything we needed.
Even though we Arrived Near closing time. We were not rushed. And in fact.
The card was not working in the self checkout lanes still open.. So the very nice lady there took swift action and reopened one of the regular checkout lanes for us... making our visit to their store a very positive and hassle free experience..
