My husband and I joined FTF earlier this year. Evan conducted a detailed analysis of our body composition and lifestyle and suggested a 12-week program of the group fitness classes with a check-in half-way through. These classes are offered four days in a week, three times a day so it was possible to find a time that worked for us. The exercises were well designed and based on the level each one was in. The exercises were different every time - sometimes individual and self paced and other times they were timed and with a partner. The heart monitor they provided us gave a clear break up of our intensity levels through the session and was helpful in knowing if we were pushing ourselves. Evan and other trainers were there to monitor us, correct our postures, find alternatives, and answer questions. Strongly recommend working out 4 times a week and modifying the diet for optimal results. Evan provided a few consulting sessions for my husband with the new nutritionist who provided us with great and easy recipes for a protein rich vegetarian diet!Remember to sign in before each class to avoid any charges :)

If you are looking to improve your strength and fitness level as well as tone up and gain muscle mass forward Thinking Fitness is where to go. I was looking for help to Jumpstart my fitness journey and jeep me on the right track with my nutrition as well. Evan and his team are teaching me so much and very encouraging to keep me on par. I am so glad I found this small business that cares about their clientele and their well being.

I am so grateful that I discovered Evan and his team when I decided I was ready to commit to a gym. Forward thinking fitness is so much more than a gym! I grew up as an athlete so I was no stranger to cardio, however, strength training was something completely different and I had no idea where to start. I knew that I needed it but didn’t know what workouts to do or how to do a lot of it correctly. I went in for my initial meeting with Evan and he listened to my concerns and goals and he helped map out an obtainable plan to reach them. I joined and decided I was going to do this for me! As a mom of 3 small children and owner of another local small business with an incredibly busy schedule I knew 3 things: I NEEDED to do something for me, I wanted to be held accountable and I wanted to support the local community. Forward Thinking Fitness has helped me do all of these and I have never felt so comfortable in the gym. It’s been 8 weeks and I successfully met my first set of goals and more! I have more energy for my family and business over these past 8 weeks and look forward to my sessions each week.

This place is more then a gym. I have stopped and started a few times and this is the only program that works for me. Class sizes are reasonable and the staff is super helpful and attentive. They offer dietary help and most recently added yoga. I would recommend this gym if you are ready to get serious with your health goals.

My experience at Forward Thinking Fitness has been extremely positive. I have been attending sessions there for the last 4 months. Between the typical stresses of adult life and an extended illness and loss of my father, I had neglected my health for years. I realized that I needed a program with guidance, support, and accountability to achieve the results that I wanted. Forward Thinking Fitness has been the perfect gym for that!Both the staff and the clients have been extremely supportive, creating a welcoming environment. Having minimal formal gym experience in my past, I had been intimidated by the idea of starting. However, the trainers, Evan, Ryan, and Jamie are excellent. They have empowered me to achieve and grow through both guidance during the sessions and answering my million questions when I am working to master a new exercise.I enjoy the range of exercises as well as the opportunity to attend yoga classes. This variety ensures that my fitness journey remains challenging and never boring. I have already seen significant results and I am confident that they will continue. I would highly recommend Forward Thinking Fitness to anyone who is ready to get serious about their health and overall well being.

I joined FTF a little over a month ago and absolutely love it. The staff is knowledgeable and truly cares about your goals and helping you meet them. In just a month I feel I already have better lifting technique and I'm getting stronger. The ability to work out in a small group or on your own provides flexibility with accountability!

I began small group training at Forward Thinking Fitness four months ago and it's been a very positive experience. The difference is at FTF there's no guesswork. Initially you'll be evaluated and then reevaluated after eight weeks with measurable printed out results. You just need to show up and you're led through your workout. I've personally seen not just physical progress but an increase in energy and improved mood. Everyone is self conscious beginning anything new. Every person there was new at one time so you won't see judgement, just support andencouragement. You're not too old, too out of shape, or whatever you're telling yourself. Do something for yourself, there's no downside to getting fit and improving your health.

This place is amazing and has the most wonderful team to help guide you through your fitness journey. They offer so many different tools to make sure you are getting everything you can out of your experience (personal trainers, nutritionists, yoga, massage therapy etc.) Joining Forward Thinking Fitness has helped tremendously with my motivation and consistency. I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone.

After three years of minimal physical activity I decided to invest in my health and wellness. So, in November 2023 I joined Forward Thinking Fitness. This was one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself in a long time. I am stronger, have much more mobility, and wake up every morning with less stiffness. If you want to get back on track with your health I highly recommend FTF. I can’t thank Evan and Jamie enough for their teaching, support, and encouragement.

I began working out at Forward Thinking Fitness in October 2023 after decades of inactivity. Evan and his team are always upbeat and care about my progress. The FTF app allows me to schedule when I want to workout. The workouts are varied, and the night before a scheduled session the specific exercises for the upcoming session are posted to the FTF app with videos of each exercise. Most importantly the program gets results. I have gained strength, lost weight and feel healthier. I highly recommend Forward Thinking Fitness.

Forward Thinking Fitness (FTF) was reccomended to me by a friend when I was lamenting about struggling with consistency and stalled progress in my fitness goals. Prior to joining, I ran three times a week and lifted inconsistently. I booked a kickstart trial in September and haven't looked back. My goals in joining FTF were to be more consistent with lifting, improve my physique, and increase my running speed. I've been coming to FTF for around five months and I usually book two of the semi-private and two of the small group classes each week, as well as the occasional yoga class.The workout spaces are spacious, clean, and well maintained, with a darker atmosphere and spots of colorful lighting. The classes are engaging and genuinely fun regardless of which class size you take. Evan and his team are always switching up your workouts and pushing you to reach your potential, while being understanding and supportive of different client needs and ability levels. They are also excellent at providing modifications as needed. Evan and the other trainers have cultivated a friendly, supportive, and positive environment. I have never once felt uncomfortable or unwelcome.If you are looking for a somewhere that will work with you on your goals and support you to reach those goals, this is the place. In just a few months, I have made such significant progress on my goals. I cut nearly a minute off of my average running pace after being stalled for nearly six months and I have so much more confidence and strength. I am so appreciative of the team at FTF, thank you guys for all the support.And I can't forget to mention Link! The best part of coming here is when Link greets you at the door or joins your workout!

I’ve been going to Forward Thinking Fitness for about six months now, and I must say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made regarding my health. I went from being completely inactive to working out 4-5 times a week, with some yoga sprinkled in once or twice a week as well. The workouts are challenging but fun, and are different every day. The trainers, Evan and Jamie, are very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient (which I very much appreciate!). Everyone is very friendly and non-judgmental. If you are looking for a non-traditional gym, look no further!!

They are pretty good at what they do, but it’s not worth the price. 120 bucks per week is a lot of money, thats almost 500 bucks a month
