We called, looking for a part for an old, outdoor faucet. They didn't have anything in house, but the person we spoke with actually reached out to the company for us to get the necessary information. Very helpful, and very pleasant.

Helpful and lots of availability. Prices aren't listed on the shelves which is disappointing. They couldn't help me find a rare part, but they pointed me to someone else who helped.

Been there about 4/5 times now over the years. I am not a plumber but am capable, the same older gentleman has helped me each time and has been great and helped me solve multiple issues. great place to shop, you can tell he doesn’t hate his job.
