Dropped off a package, dude did not care, did not want to be there, awful customer service.
Once he gave me my receipt he literally threw the package.
Why are people like this working with peoples stuff???!

HORRIBLE customer service! I do not recommend this store. Try the one on Tilghman…it might be further away, but at least you won’t be talked down to by some miserable, disgruntled millennial wearing a mask.

I dreaded going to drop my package off. I expected a long line and for them to give me trouble because I ran out of tape to close my package. But, it was the opposite! There was no line. The girl working smiled and happily taped my package, tookmy box to get scanned, and I was on my way. I will always go to this location in the future!

Needed to ship a small envelope and they require a driver's license to do so. My dad is visiting from overseas and has a passport but no other option was given. When calling, there is only machine answering and if you don't have the exact question they offer, they can't connect you with a real person. Decided to ship with DHL.

I wish I can give 0 star to this location. One of the worst experiences we had at this location. Placed an order for poster board for an event, told us a price and told us to pay once completed. Went to pick up the order, they changed the price (raised it) and the poster was damaged. The employee didn’t believe us the whole time and told us it is not possible. Told her to give call to employee who worked that time and he agreed that he made a mistake. The employee denied us the price, and told us she can’t do much without the manager. Told us to come back again few days later when he is there. We go speak with the manager and he was not nice. He said he would sell us the damaged one for cheaper but can’t give us a new one with the price that was promised initially.That is not customer service. Accept your mistake and do something to make it. Don’t make customers come multiple times if you already know what you wanted to do.Customer: take a receipt, don’t trust their verbal commitment

Even when they’re understaffed, which happens a lot, they’re way better than any other option in the area. And they don’t charge to tape up a box.

Very nice folks! They were able to send my shipment overnight with no issues. Stay clear of the FedEx in Whitehall and come to this one in Allentown instead.

Went here twice, today it was 6:19 and they were closed , either the hours are wrong or the employees don’t feel like keeping the store open, guess I’ll find somewhere else to ship my packages.
