Bought a pair of shoes about a month ago. Wore the shoes a handful of times now the sole is coming off of the shoe. I called the store, where I was immediately denied any help and told to contact customer care. Upon calling customer care I was told thst I would have to call the manufacturer of the shoe. ???? just lost a very loyal customer.

Missy & Denise were absolutely wonderful!!! They helped my family out with finding the correct shoe size for my child and myself! So much patience & good energy. They were very professional and personable. I did not give 5 stars only because the variety of shoes was not so great BUT the service was awesome and we still found what we needed and wanted :)
