TERRIBLE. The manager does not care if the workers are irresponsible/ disrespectful. No one took accountability for not delivering my order the day of (was delivered the next day). The driver cussed/yelled at me because I asked if he could leave the item inside the complex. Wanted a refund on the delivery since it was delivered late and delivery driver was rude. was told by manager “well I wasn’t here yesterday so I don’t know. Never had a complaint about him before ”. Very unprofessional.

This Edible Arrangements is an excellent store with outstanding customer service and excellent arrangements. I come in from out of town on business and personal travel and always order arrangements as gifts for my clients and family when in town. I have never been disappointed with this store. Excellent location and an excellent staff, very friendly, and accommodating. My arrangements are always ready on time for pick up and I was never disappointed with the arrangements. Packaging is good and the fruit is always fresh and crisp. I recommend this store for your edible arrangements. I have visited other Edible Arrangements stores throughout the country and this is by far the best!!!! While I have problems with other locations, I NEVER have any problems this store. Everything about this store is GREAT!!! It is worth your time and money to visit and purchase an arrangement from this store. It is a Five 5 Star location!!!

Appreciate the employees here! I had an order to go out today but I had an issue with the timing. It was supposed to be delivered to someone’s job, i then found out they weren’t working all day like i thought!when I called i explained what was going on- they were super helpful and made sure that the delivery got there with the change of timing.So thankful they were able to make it work!!

I was trying to surprise my girlfriend .Special instructions were written and I even texted the delivery driver with more information on how to find our house and my package was still delivered to the WRONG HOUSE . I just don’t understand how did they mess that up

Placed a telephone order with the store and were guaranteed a delivery date and time. They outsourced the order to a different location. The new location could not deliver until 3 hours past the guaranteed time. They forced us to drive 45 minutes roundtrip to pick up the order. Called this store to complain about this issue and the customer service rep was very rude and dismissive.

I ordered the chocolate cake with strawberries and it was horrible. There was nothing edible about that cake. Edible arrangements do better because I know you can.

Products are overpriced..service is garbage..employees are the most unprofessional I've ever dealt with....they don't deliver when they say they're gonna deliver and you can't get a refund same day or talk to a manager cause there's not one on duty...save yourself the time and headache and go somewhere else..

Walked in the store for service not very Cooperative not willing to make a birthday happen pretty much whatever you want is going to take time to go somewhere else that's exactly how you felt walking into this place all too willing to sell cupcakes but certainly not willing to give you any dipped fruit or help you understand how long it would take for it to even happen but that's okay Carvel is right down the street

The fruit and flowers were lovely. But this arrived a day too late. I placed my order 2 days in advance to have them delivered on my mom's birthday. The driver could not find her house, said his GPS was taking him to the middle of the road somewhere. I confirmed with him that it was the correct address. I called the store and spoke with someone that he has already moved on to his next delivery in another town, so my order would not be delivered until the next day. She did say that it would go out first thing in the morning and was sorry about that, their GPS system can be unreliable sometimes. I understand that, but EVERYONE has a cell phone that has maps/directions on it, he couldn't check that when he realized that there was an issue? Fast forward to the next day... I checked around noon what the status of my order was, it was still not delivered. Called the store again, they couldn't deliver my order first thing in the morning because they had other order. I guess my order wasn't a priority. I was told that it will be delivered by one of the senior drivers later in the afternoon, I did let her know that this is late and was supposed to be delivered yesterday. She apologized, but there didn't seem to be any sense of urgency to get my order delivered, since it was late. It was finally delivered at the end of the day, and the driver told my dad that he had no idea why the driver couldn't find it, the GPS took him right to the address. I will never order from this store again. Customer service is not their priority.

The arrangement was great as usual, but the policies of at least the 3 stores I tried leave something to be desired!Let me explain. I wanted to send a basket to a very hard working dental office on a Friday, the day after my emergency extraction! I drove to an E.A. store and made my selection. I asked that the basket be delivered the next morning...I was told at all 3 locations that "delivery drivers don't start until 11:30AM!"They told me my basket might not get there early enough on Friday, "could the delivery WAIT until Monday?"I asked if a driver could come in earlier? They said no. I couldn't understand how in this day & age, a service based company could have such poor delivery & customer service policies...as it turned out the delivery happened the following Monday, but 3 days later than I wanted it to.Absolutely stupid delivery policy!

Both experiences I had with this store were horrible. The first incident the store forgot the bear ? we paid for. The second incident I called in and placed an order for fully dipped pineapples. I confirmed the order and the worker told me my order would be right. Instead the store sent me what they wanted to send me. When I called and inquired about the wrong order I was told the store was busy and I would have to deal with it. When I asked for the customer service number the worker hung up in my face. When I called back a different worker told me that he was instructed to tell me there was nothing they can do and he could not give me her name. This store was very unprofessional and I will never order from them again. Do yourself a favor the customer service really sucks!!!!

Cantaloupe and honey dew were slimy. Could not eat. Called to report and was told we didn’t eat soon enough. At least we enjoyed the strawberries and pineapple and have a nice mug to reuse. Would recommend getting arrangements without melon.
