Please Avoid This Dealership. Almost $1,000 in Immediate Issues and Counting.
If you are desperate for a car, please avoid the headache and do anything else you can before buying a car here. I have purchased many used cars in the past and have never had issues like this.
They were unable to do the inspection there, so they had me wait to do it with their friend. I tried to have someone I know do the inspection but they would not allow that, and said I needed to go back up to their area to get the inspection done.
The reason for this was that the car had issues that would not pass a regular inspection. One headlight was out and the horn did not work. In addition to that, the AC was broken and the cabin air filter was still the one from the factory.
I saw some negative reviews online where a representative said to bring the problems to them first before writing a review. I messaged Paulie about all of this and only received defensive texts that said I was "not smart" for not accepting additional protection that was never offered. He did at least admit that the horn was something that should have been working at the sale.
It has been over two weeks, and after showing invoices and bringing these concerns to them, 1nce Driven has done nothing to help. It makes sense that they only want you to go with their friends for inspection as their business model seems to be based on giving you a bad car, and just hoping you drive far enough away you can't get back to them when it breaks.
You will immediately be paying for issues with the car, and will be using up a lot of time and gas just to be able to drive.

Had the pleasure of working with Paulie. He was very professional and provided great service. He also follows up after you purchase the car to make sure everything is going well. They go above and beyond at this dealership, this is the best experience ive had at a dealership. Deep is very helpful too

It's shady that they have the Carfax provided for everycar except one. Got it myself and found out the car had been totaled out before.

If I could give zero stars I would . DO NOT purchase a car here !!! You will be in a world of hell the minute you drive off the lot and they will put a temporary bandaid on it until the warranty is up . Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else .my brother bought a car from this place . They know who this is

I bought a 2010 audi s4 from here and initially thought that the owner was a sincere guy. He told me that he was having the car inspected now it's a year later and I took the car to a very reputable and honest garage to get it inspected again. So you could see my surprise when he called me and said that I was missing both of my front control arms!! how its lasted this long without my axel snapping is beyond me. So either my car was inspected by orangutans from the zoo or it wasn't inspected at all!

They literally scammed us - told us the car had a CLEAN TITLE - went to get my license plate and it was a salvage car. When we brought it to their attention they lied and handled it SO immaturely. Not only that, I was 5 hours away from home - my dad told them to fill the tank up to FULL - he filled it not even half way and half way on the drive home I ran out of gas and the chargers in the car didn't work so I was lost with NO GAS after they said nothing was wrong with the car except minor damage to the bumper. They lied and said the title was real but the dmv looked it ups and it was a fake. I paid 16k for a salvage car. Were so unproffesional. On top of that - they knew we were coming to get the car 2 days prior to going - when I got there the car was so dirty, stains all on the seats and interior and the bumper was FALLING OFF - instead of fixing it BEFORE we came I had to sit there for an extra 2 hours while they fixed the car even though in the pictures the car looked perfectly clean and put together.
