I can't recommend her enough! She's taken care of 4 of our pets for a long time with compassion and she gives us a senior discount. She helped us with end-of-life for our 16 1/2-year-old dog with chronic health problems and out 14 1/2-year-old cat with renal failure, which she taught us to treat at home, extending his life another two years with "kitty kidney dialysis." She comforted us in our grief despite her busy office. Since then, she's been taking care of our younger dog and cat that we got after or beloved old friends died. She has always listened and taken good care of our pets.

Bad service !!! I've been trying to get my dog's records they want me to pay and every time I call they tell me different amount of money $$ supposly I had to pay $25 for a late fee ( which no one told me before) when I called again turned to $60+ for no reason , they just say it's the system! and they can't do anything about it .. I am taking my dog to another Vet and I still can't get the records .

We've been going to Dr. Karen's Critter Care for 14 years, although we haven't needed help since we first got our beloved rescue cat, Gracie Belle. Recently, we had to take her in for abnormal behavior, and after explaining different potential issues, Dr. Karen examined G. B. and immediately recognized the problem. Now our cat is back to her old self, thanks to an accurate diagnosis made by a vet who combines compassion and a finely-tuned acumen that makes you wonder if she shares a secret language with your pet. And the staff is so kind that you just know loving animals is a prerequisite to working there!

I brought my dog to be groomed there twice. The groomer was nice. However, we made another appointment, but went on google and saw some of the reviews and did not want to take our dog back. I called them to cancel and nobody would answer the phone for hours. Now they are charging us $50 and threatening us about our credit score. Ashley bullied my mom about it. She has called her multiple times today and is harassing her. Unreasonable and sketchy!!! Reporting them. Avoid.

This USED to be a very welcoming place. The ladies that work here are so rude and condescending. No willingness to help at all! Wouldn't recommend it! Save your coin, and take it elsewhere. There are more reliable and welcoming vets than this run down place.

If I could give her office a zero I would. Her staff is unprofessional and rude. Always seems to be new staff, and her office administrator lacks the ability to communicate effectively. It used to be a great place . I now understand why it is so easy to get an appointment with her lately.

Been going there for years, I feel the quality of care has really dropped. Recently had my kitten spay and she died Within 10 days from bacterial infection, which the emergency center was said was due to a dirty needle We called and told them our cat died. And they never even had the decency to call and apologize. Or say we're sorry to hear that.. I know Karen for many, many years. And I know she's a better doctor than this i'm very disappointed

Dr. Karen was there for me when my greyhound stepped off the track into her forever home right up till the end of life some 13 years later. Always patient always kind always knowledgeable. She is all about the animals. Great vet!
