The worst experience I’ve ever had with any Dollar tree store. I went there to go buy three items and when I said I didn’t want the other two besides the two ice creams I purchased with EBT FOOD STAMPS, because it came up to about $11.50 which is insane for just two items already in Dollar tree. After I said that the cashier (which was an elderly lady, that clearly should not be working anymore), said hold on while she looks at it and makes sure she can un-ring the items, I said okay but may I get my money in my hand? (Because I don’t see why you need my money in your hand to even un-ring items), she continued to say no that she will not give me my money back. Which doesn’t make sense because one I didn’t pay for anything other than the two ice cream bars nd I paid that with a card, nd handed her money afterwards. So for her to say that is unacceptable nd disgusting the way she was able to do nd still be in the “right”.

While I was in this store on 4/7/23 I was standing in line for the register and overheard a conversation that was unprofessional. A gentleman who was running the register and his manger named jumana were having a conversation. I overheard the manager tell the cashier that if he had a problem to call her manager..(sarcastically). It was unprofessional "as a manager" to speak to the employee like that and unacceptable to have in front of customers.
