Edit August 2023 - Manager follows you around like you are stealing. Doesn't like when you use coupons. Place used to be great until the old manager Jackie left.Jackie and the team at this store are fantastic. Always go out of their way to help you.

I came into this store for one item and ended up waiting in line for 20 min. (Not exaggerating)One customer was having a problem with a coupon, but they had a self checkout.One female worker was going to open the self checkout but her coworker told her not too because she doesn’t want anyone using it.Why have a self checkout if it can’t be used? And why have a line of 3 people when that machine can help?I didn’t understand it, they should have a talk about customer service.

It's not as cheap as it sounds. It is about one minute from my home so it is very convenient for me. It usually has whatever I'm looking for!

The store is always stocked, clean, organized and much easier to get to. My new favorite go to store location when I come from New York!! The staff are friendly which is something you don’t see in New York!

My daughter asked me to take her and when she came out after shopping, she said the girls behind the desk were whispering to each other about her being in there to close to closing and she'd better hurry bc they want to go home. It made her uncomfortable to say the least and there was still 15-20 minutes until closing time. Plenty of time to purchase something quick. Otherwise I have no complaints about the store.

One of the cleanest most organized Dollar General stores I have experienced. The front register people are always on point and friendly.There is a Dollar General in walking distance from my apartment but I go out of my way to shop at this location (Walbert Ave).Keep doing what you're doing there: Awesome!!

DG may be a little more pricier than their competitors, but Dollar General's products are usually far better than either Family Dollar or Dollar Tree. I guess also it depends what metro area I visit, but usually the Dollar trees are not as organized or as clean as DG.. (but, I guess my answers are a little skewed) because, there is a brand new Dollar General - just opened - on Walbert Avenue in Allentown Pennsylvania - literally 1.5 miles from my house :)
