The manager that works here, Stephanie, is very rude and harasses her employees. She is more focused on flirting with the guys and carries a very jealous and insecure attitude towards the women. Not to mention, she doesn’t give room for improvement and insists on holding her employees to such a high standard when she doesn’t even do her job. It’s very disappointing to see such disgusting, self centered, and arrogant behavior from the place that she runs. I will never shop here again as long as she’s working.

This location is terrible. They have ghetto employees who know nothing about customer service. They are more concerned with gossiping than to help paying customers. I will never go back no matter how close I rather go further away for better service

This is the 4th or 5th time in a row that I've gone here at the very latest, 30 minutes before they close, and at the very earliest, legitimate hours before the posted close time, and have not been able to shop here because they decided to lock the doors and close early. I understand that things happen and places are understaffed but there wasn't even a sign explaining why. Only the posted sign saying that they are open until 9pm. the last time I went on 10/4/22 the employee(blonde woman) was stocking things and saw me but proceeded to ignore me even though they didn't close for over an hour. Terrible customer service. I often try to come here for decorations and your dollar deals, but im tired of driving all the way over here for nothing. so I won't be coming back and neither will the handful of potential customers who irritetely expressed to me that they are already closed in the parking lot as I was trying to walk in.

It is currently 9:41 PM when I write this from outside the store. The doors are locked and I can see people working inside. Sign out front says open 8 AM - 10 PM.

Every other week the store is closed They're always short staffed, unpack the roll containers in every aisle, restock the empty shelves. they always have problems with the cash register. Every thing is disorderly . You can't walk the Aisles

I shopped at this store today. I bought detergent, deordant, and mayo. On the shelf they were $.50, $.95, and $1.00 more when they rang up. When I called the store back it went to the answering machine (no one answered). The absolute worst. I will not shop there again.

OI have the same problem Chris Newcomer does. I'll give them credit that the store is well-stocked, and run fairly well. But those handwritten "We're closed because..." signs don't fly with me, either! When I go to a store that posts their hours open until 10:00 PM. and I'm at the doors at 9:42, I expect to be able to buy what I came for, not "close at 9 PM due to lack of staff".
