If I could give negative stars I would for the service department. They had my X5 for an insurance job, background, the car was vandalized, they broke out a window, tropical storm Deby happened and water entered the interior. Fine, I get it, the accelerator pedal is electronic and it was shorted out, the seatbelt sensor also. Fine, the experience with the service department was nothing short of horrible. They had the car 6 weeks, I expected to get the car in working order when I left it with them, that's not what happened. They had me sign a bunch of paperwork full of cover our ass legalize. Then brought the car out. They charged me over $200 for a diagnostic on a warning light that wasn't on when they got it, fine, I pay it. The car is a hostage at this point, I get 5 minutes down the road and the cup holder cover comes off in my hand. Nice job hiding that one. The car is equiped with a Bimmertech MMI prime which I count on for Android auto and is the only navigation system in the car, they either never reconnected it or pulled it out. So, I have to wing it wherever I go now. I texted them through the dealer portal, nothing but crickets, no response, my insurance agent left a voicemail for my service "advisor", no response. I am not taking this review down and I will never do business with them again if they don't make good on this.

I've had multiple amazing experiences at Daniels BMW! I'm a repeat customer who's relocated to South Florida and I continue working with Daniels BMW for new car purchases. If I could give them 10 stars I would!
The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to help me! They patiently answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout. From start to finish, the process is always smooth and hassle-free. The entire team is professional, friendly, and genuinely care about getting me the best deal and most importantly working with me in my current situation.

Resold me used part from 2022 at the same price as new. I even asked Tom if the part was used since the box was not sealed and he assured me it was new. Now I have to waste my time heading back for an exchange. No apologies or cares. Are times that tuff for Daniels since the remodel that we have to treat customers like this?
What happened to your customer service?
I will take the drive to Flemington BMW from now on.
Update: They offered to have me come back and pick up a replacement and did apologize. When I picked it up, it was another opened package that they assured me was new. I look through it and find that its missing the 220v adapter plug. They scramble to the back to find me a new 220v adapter plug since they did not have a new charging kit on site. I was so fed up that I just took it and left. Is Daniels so broke they still cannot order new parts? You couldn’t even do what any retail company would do and offer me a discount on a used or open product? I spent money at your dealership for service and parts, I will never again, and neither will anyone I know. I am sure its a drop in the bucket your management clearly does not care about.

Ran credit before we gave the OK. Felt very pressured into my purchase. Gave up a car I adored with a much lower car payment for a car that doesn’t fit my needs at all. Was pressured into not paying the loan off early. Just a bad buying experience overall.
Edit: They did call to “make it right.” The solution? Trade in my car and buy a different one from them at a financial loss to me.
We’ve since switched to a different dealership for service and 10/10 worth the longer drive. Likely will never buy a BMW again thanks to Daniel’s.

Let me start by saying, the management at Daniels is extraordinary. They went out of their way and even shocked me in how professional they were fixing an issue that occurred during service. Their facility and shop are both spotless and the staff is super friendly. I will be returning to Daniels BMW because its a dealership that truly cares.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Daniels Bmw From the moment I walked in, I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. The salesperson I worked with was unhelpful,
The entire process took and very long time and unprofessional. I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied, I expected a higher level of service from a dealership representing BMW, and this experience fell far short of those expectations.
I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

Daniels staff are like good friends: caring for my safety and well-being; understanding of my wants, needs, limitations and quarks; and finances. Staff are knowledgeable of all BMWs of various models and years: differences and similarities. Fair and accommodating in trading in my old car and buying my new car. Paperwork went smoothly and easily. Bought a used car but when it could not be delivered when I wanted, staff accommodated me with a new car for about the same payment. What and why a payment was comfortable for me was taken into account. Staff followed up to ensure I was doing well with my new car. My 2014 BMW was well-love by Daniels and me over the past 10 years. I know I will be getting the same with my 2024 for the next 10 years! P.S.- Dillon helped me move all my belonging from my old care to my new car. I noticed he sniffling. He downplayed his allergies being kind to my feeling and finished.

Joe Wirsbinski was phenomenal! We arrived late to the dealership right before closing time and we were expecting no one to help us out. Joe surprised us, he was more than willing to stay after closing an extra 35minutes to help us! Then we found a vehicle that was a good fit and he was great with communication throughout the process. Any concerns or questions we had, he was more than willing to answer very quickly! Felt like a very unstressful process and reassured us that we chose correctly! Go in and ask for Joe!

Tim and the entire staff at Daniels BMW go above and beyond the standard of excellent customer service. Tim kept in constant communication with me and was very patient with me from the moment I first walked into the dealership to taking delivery of my new M4. Tim also followed up afterwards to make sure I was completely satisfied with not only the car but also their service. I have 3 other BMW dealers within 30 minutes of my house, and as a household with 7 BMW’s, I’ve been to all of them in the area. That said, Daniels just became my new “go to” dealer!
