DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! This has been the worst experience ever, especially for a BMW Certified collision center. I am not one to complain, however, this has been just a god-awful experience that I just have to warn others. I brought my car in on Monday 10-2-2023, my car had damage the size of a dime from something that hit it while I was driving. My car is also less than 3 Months old, so obviously you want it to look brand new still. With the service that BMW provides, you would expect to receive the same gold standard service provided at the dealership, it is not the case here. First off, there is no communication with the customers at all. I get it they are busy, but there should be some follow up with customers to keep them in the loop as to what is going with our cars so we can make arrangements for transportation, etc.. There is also no communication between the girl at the front and the service managers, so a simple call in to get info on your car is not possible until you speak to the project manager. if you are lucky enough to get one to call you back, they will take a long time to call, if they even call you back at all, which then adds more fuel and frustration to the fire. To Continue on with my experience, I followed up on Tuesday 10-3-2023 to see if there was an ETA as to when my car would be ready. You would think for something this small, it should only take 1 to 2 days to finish the work, 3 Days at most. Not the case here, it is now Thursday 10-5-2023, there is still no date as to when I can expect my car to be ready, I was told Friday at the latest, now I am being told Tuesday at the earliest. This is completely unacceptable. If this collision center does not have the staff to work on people's cars, wouldn't it make more sense to be upfront with the customer and tell them this upfront? I wouldn't have taken my car here if I knew this upfront and would have been more understanding if this information was shared with me prior to me selecting them. To me this would have made more sense, rather than them taking on more business that they can't do and making a bigger inconvenience their customers than they are already in? God only knows what the quality of work is going to look like upon picking up my car. IF YOU ARE SMART, Trust the negative reviews on here, they are ALL true, at least from my experience so far. I typically dont trust the negative reveiws becuase I know how some folks are picky about everything little thing. However, there are multiple reviews about this same issue from other customers that have had the same experience, I should have trusted my gut and just took it to my normal body shop that I use. I will never ever bring or recommend this collision center to anyone I know, especially not for a BMW Driver. We pay a lot of money for these cars and expect the BMW Experience to be impeccable. Now I am at their mercy and I have to just sit and wait for them to finish my car.

Do not use this collision center. After 7 weeks we were told every time we called that it would be getting painted and be ready in two days. This went on for 4 weeks. The car was finally painted and then they scratched the door. Had to wait another 4 days for repaint and assembly.Also told they would cover the rental by Tom and that they called the rental company. That never happened.Worst experience

I didn't have the best experience with them. On May 1, I took my car for an inspection because on April 30 I had an accident (another car crashed into the right side of my car causing damage to the 2 doors, rear and front bumpers, as well as the right light) the repair that the car needed was only for auto parts, mechanically it had no damage. It took them 2 and a half months to deliver the car to me, they never called me to give me status, whenever I called them, only the assistant who transferred my call answered me but was never answered by the second party, they never had contact with me to give me updates about my car, I had to personally go to the workshop to find out what status this repair was in, a little more than 5 times, having to pay uber on several occasions, and the answer was always the same "I will have your car ready the following week" , response that they maintained for 4 continuous weeks, it is important to mention that in the course of one week with the other, I never received at least one call to tell me that the car was not going to be ready, for this reason I had to personally go to the workshop to have it give me the same answer, spending time and money that I could avoid if they will at least call me to give me the royal status.Finally my car was ready 2 months after the accident, when I went to look for it, the work they had done was complete disgusting, the front bumper was glued in one of the corners, to the point that the glue was noticeable, the steering of the vehicle was misaligned and unbalanced, I could not take the car and I had to leave it for 2 more days to go back to look for it, when I returned they had not fixed it, they wanted to deliver it to me with the bumper still "stuck". I had to talk to the manager of the workshop so that they could take my car seriously, finally after all this, a week later I managed to have the car completely repaired, this process and the treatment, completely lacked professionalism, quality and respect towards me I do not recommend this workshop.

Customer service was great. The repair took just under two weeks and was returned as good as new on the exterior and even detailed the interior.Overall I am extremely satisfied with Daniels BMW and although I hope I will not need to return, if I do get in another accident they will be one of the first stops on my list!They have a collection of antique mini coopers and car frames on display which are pretty neat to get to see while waiting.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by Daniel BMW Collision Center. My experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I dropped my car off at their facility two weeks ago for repairs and have heard nothing from them since, except for an initial estimate of the repair costs.When I called them a week ago to inquire about the progress of my car, I was informed that there were 10 cars ahead of mine. This was already concerning, but what shocked me was that when I called them again today, they still claimed that there were 10 cars ahead of me. It seems like they have made no progress at all, leaving me feeling ignored and forgotten.Furthermore, what adds to the disappointment is their lack of professionalism and attention to detail. Every time I call, they ask me if I dropped my car off at the collision center. It's disheartening to realize that they don't even remember basic information about their customers, making me question the level of care and consideration they put into their work.It's perplexing to me that Daniel BMW Collision Center provides such poor service compared to the exceptional service I have received from Daniel BMW dealership. The stark contrast in quality is truly disconcerting. I strongly advise anyone who is considering purchasing a BMW and lives near the Daniel collision center to think twice before relying on their certified BMW center for car repairs.In conclusion, my experience with Daniel BMW Collision Center has been nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and overall disregard for customer satisfaction have left me deeply dissatisfied. I cannot recommend this collision center to anyone in need of car repairs, especially if they value promptness and reliable service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Daniels Collision Center did a great job repairing some damage to my car. Frank was especially helpful to me during the repair process, as I was a little over anxious to get my car back. The wait was well worth it. My car looks brand new! I highly recommend Daniels Collision Center to anyone who needs body work done on their vehicle.Services: Painting

Not good for paintwork at all. Had the hood replaced on our BMW in 2022 under insurance. First paint job was wavy, full of orange peel and dirt- lots of “ fisheye” spots. Had it sonically measured for depth to see if it could be corrected, only to find out that the paint thickness was all over the map. Demanded a whole new paint job- Daniels assured us that their “ best paint guy” would do it. It’s now June 2023 and the hood is peeling. Terrible job by Daniels. I’d be hesitant to even get a lawn mower repainted by them after this .

I took my BMW X3 for repair here. I just got it back and I was amazed. My car looks very nice and they also clean my car inside and out. They took couples weeks but I am happy, they did excellent job.

We hit a deer the day after Christmas on our way to Florida and were fortunate to be able to drive the car to Daniels. They did excellent work. Car looks like new. They worked with insurer with no hassles and helped me in search for transporter to bring car to me in FL.Hood and grill/ front end were destroyed but car looks like new now.I wish all body shops were this professional.

Had my x6 M repaired here, repairs took a little longer then expected but to no fault of their own things are different now post covid but it was definitely worth the wait Andy and his service writing team we're extremely thorough and professional I would definitely use them again kudos to his team and all those involved in bringing my vehicle back to perfect! Oh and State Farm was a big help to going over to their reviews right after this.

They are low on labor and will take forever to work on your car. Insurance paid them 3 weeks ago and they didn't even start working on the car yet. Every week it is the same story - the friendly technician who does email back says we will get back to you next week, or your car is 3rd in line. No one usually picks up the phone and the front office is extremely rude when they do pick up. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I don't know how long they will keep mine hostage - very little I can do but wait at their mercy.
