CVS provides me with everything I need. Thanks to the extra bucks and coupons I save a considerable amount of money. The staff is always helpful and friendly no matter what CVS I shop at. When I travel, I make sure I know where the closest CVS is located.

Was greeted with a smile and a “good morning”. The cashier was smiling & was very nice! Great customer service!! Also saved $23, so, very pleased with my overall experience!!

I'm out of town and my Dr called in a script at this CVS. 10 min later the script was filled! Very friendly staff.

I’m not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. This CVS seems to be relatively well-stocked and clean and it also has self-checkout so you don’t have to wait for an employee to do it for you when they’re busy doing something else. It also plays a cute little song after you’re finished with checkout.

What a great staff and hard working manager. With 5 minutes remaining until close they helped me get baby formula in an emergency situation! The employees at this location put extra time and care into all customers and maybe you should recognize them and give them a raise! Since the same manager is there every time I go in!Jeff

Staff holds popular items behind the shelf for themselves. Prices are ridiculously high, even higher then Rite Aid for a drug store.

Went to pick up a script that was ready but was some astronomical price. A month previous was only $0. 45mins later, they refused to give me a holdover fill and pick up the rest at a later date. I call another cvs and low and behold. They can give me a holdover fill.

I live up the street from a CVS, but I go out of my way to this one, because the pharmacy staff is incomparable. I’ve received calls from the pharmacist on multiple occasions regarding prescriptions, whereas other stores I have to call and call and wait on the phone for ages just to connect with someone who has no clue/interest in being helpful. Prescriptions, insurance, and illnesses can all be stress-inducing, I’m glad to go to a pharmacy that doesn’t make it worse.

Computer system not giving discounts. Management not interested in fixing problems but just says drive back, return everything to re purchase and try again. Not the right solution if customer service is a focus which it evidently is not here. No public restrooms either. Come on CVS, get with the times.

I always have problems with this pharmacy. Prescriptions never ready, staff not helpful or understanding. Looking to change pharmacies asap.
