The staff is friendly. The hours are terrible. If you try to call the pharmacy, no one answers. They have to call you back. Their one pharmacist Zach is arrogant, uneducated, and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Drive thru staff are very rude they just come to the window and ask for your name. No hello no type of greetings. Extremely rude, and the drive thru cloes before 130p for lunch. They will go to lunch knowing there was a line in the drive thru.

I know CVS is understaffed but it's not an excuse for the pharmacist to be unprofessional and rude. Support staff is nice to deal with, but I'm done with this CVS, as well as the one in Macungie. I take prescriptions because I must, not because I want to, and it shouldn't be a hassle month after month.

Love the staff! Happy to report that I have adopted the Pharmasist and his right hand man as my son's. LOL. The entire staff is great to me! Great place!

Had a PCR Covid test at cvs 5 days prior to a surgery. No results after 5 days and they said it would be another 1-2 days. Fortunately the hospital allowed me to do a rapid test the day of surgery instead of rescheduling the procedure. Test should have been back in 2-3 days. Caused many anxious hours of phone calls. I will never use cvs for a Covid test again!Jerry Warmkessel

I guess this cvs doesnt care about reviews being the only 2 closest pharmacy to my home they close so early i reach at 925 and was told we close at 9:30 but it was still 9;25 walked with my child there and refused my business why even open for business if your no use to the community
