IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR DONT GO HERE. I have never had experience like today. It was a racially motivated interaction being asked 5 times by 2 different employees if we needed help. One of them rolled their eyes at my mother twice when we had our receipts. My mother asked one of the managers, Joesph, why they were following us and he said he wasn’t and when asked why he didn’t ask the white people at the store anything. He then proceeded to say that we didn’t have to come back to HIS STORE like he was the owner of the CVS. Call costumer service and try to get these people fired. Horrible people bad service. read all the reviews and you’ll see.

I have to say the customer service on Tilghman Street one employee is very rude I do not like going in there because of the tall one with gray hair if you do not like your job then why are you rude to the customers and seems to talk down to you especially when you are having issues using your coupons or with the machine there is no reason that you have to talk rudely to the customers or talk to them like they don't know what they're doing it doesn't cost anything to be kind and this always when I go in prefer to go other CVS store because they are nice excellent service and what is the use of addressing it does the Manager really addresses this or even Corporate is it a waste of time been 3xs with this employee rude to the point he will role his eyes at you when people act that way just Pray for them because in reality don't know if they are going through something personal but you shouldn't be rude to any customer because we are bringing CVS business customer courtesy has to be improved not just at CVS it's becoming more rare at different stores and Pharmacies.

Had a terrible racially moved experience with the Kevin (the one with gray hair) He is very rude and disrespectful, I’m not sure how he even is the manager when he lacks poor customer service skills. His employees are scared to speak up and it shows. The checkout machine ate my money and he said “don’t you people know how to read” that was the last straw with him. I’m still waiting to receive a call from the regional manager, and I will be contacting the better business bureau. This is a short summary of what happened.

Awful customer service. No one is ever in the front. Have to ring the bell - bell is broken. Cashier gave me attitude for simply picking up an online order.

If there was a negative scale for rating this store I would use it. Not even worth one star. Pharmacy never had one of my prescriptions even available in the store the day it was allowed to be filled. They wouldn't order it before the day it could be filled. I talked to pharmacy manager about it today and she said CVS will never change its system. I explained that I had to actually use less of the medication than prescribed due to them never having it available. I told her I was taking all my prescriptions elsewhere and also all the shopping I did when I would pick up a prescription. The pharmacy manager actually told me to my face that it didn't matter. It wouldn't affect her at all. She didn't care. I told her that if enough people left because of the problems then she could lose her job and maybe then she would start to care. CVS has gotten too big and doesn't really care about its patients. And the pharmacy manager is ruthless, uncaring human being who is definitely too full of herself , too cocky and too arrogant to care for patients. This attitude by CVS shows just how harmful a company it is.

Twice now they claim my prescription hasn't been called in for over a week, but you have to really ride them to get them to check if they have it. Where else are you storing prescriptions lmao grow up.

Worst pharmacy in Allentown. Why do they have to tell my business out loud? Every time I have to pick up a prescription, they have to talk about it when there's other people around. If I don't ask about it, I don't need them to spill out my business in front of strangers. I am pretty sure that's illegal.

Came in on 7/18/24 @ 9:15am. The guy that works there with the glasses just seemed like he did not want to work and his attitude to the old lady he was attending to was very rude. The lady with the tattoos also had an attitude. The pharmacy is the only area I would say is decent.

The employees in the grocery area are always in a bad mood and treat customers badly and in reality we are not to blame for their problems! They should do a cleaning in this store.

Terrible service. I just saw how they treated one of their customers poorly. The customer was trying to pay with coupon while the employee was rushing through his payment to get him out of his way. He was very rude

The actual pharmacy is closed before the store closes and opens an hour after the store opens. What moron came up with that idea?Not to mention they always look dirty and run down. I never use CVS but I’m avoiding this chain like the plague moving forward.

I always forget this CVS location in my 15 yrs living here cause of others closer that are good EXCEPT LINDEN ST....This store is nice kepted neat not ran down plus very respectful like all the others except LINDEN St....I always apprecite the service and respect they give...I didn't realize it was near close time when I came in and appreciate to get the things I needed...
