Terrible service. I just saw how they treated one of their customers poorly. The customer was trying to pay with coupon while the employee was rushing through his payment to get him out of his way. He was very rude

The actual pharmacy is closed before the store closes and opens an hour after the store opens. What moron came up with that idea?Not to mention they always look dirty and run down. I never use CVS but I’m avoiding this chain like the plague moving forward.

I always forget this CVS location in my 15 yrs living here cause of others closer that are good EXCEPT LINDEN ST....This store is nice kepted neat not ran down plus very respectful like all the others except LINDEN St....I always apprecite the service and respect they give...I didn't realize it was near close time when I came in and appreciate to get the things I needed...

My kid had a prescription that required pre-authorization. I received the pre-authorization in the mail, so I brought it in nearly a week later to pick up the prescription. The pharmacy refuses to fill it. They say that the doctors office must be the one to send the pre-authorization. This is not true in my experience as a doctor. I would like to hear some clarification because it seems unprofessional and pure lazy to me.

Ruben is extremely patient and was so efficient at checkout. He's a Very kind person with a strong work ethic!! Narmeen (pharmacy tech) -spelling? -mentioned she was so pleased to see me. It was my first day shopping for groceries etc and meds in approximately 3 months. Tyler was helpful as always. There's a reason I still go there after 29 years.

Visit on Sunday night. Location completely empty.
Pros: Good customer service from the pharmacy and the regular store.
Fast prescription service.
Cons: Not all shelves were fully stocked. Small CVS, not simply organized as other locations.

Best CVS Pharmacy around. With the adderall shortage it has been an absolute nightmare trying to get my XR script filled the past 3 weeks. My doctors were awful and sent over the wrong script 4 times! All of the pharmacy staff were so HELPFUL and KIND when I called every time. I have been so stressed out. The pharmacist even Recommended different medication for me that they had in stock to switch to. I was able to do that and just got a notification my script is ready already. Thank you all !!! I appreciate your help more than you know! I hope you all get a raise soon! It is well deserved!
