7/1/2023As I write this, it is now 433pm. Been sitting here since 345pm. The sign on the door says Back at 420-25.Nothing says it's not open. So either nobody works there, or whoever does just does not care.Thanks for wasting our time trying to get service.

The 14th and Allen in Allentown. Retailer says open 11am on Sunday. Been standing out outside for 26 minute And no one has come And no one has come to the store. How is it that the sign on the door and on Google says 11am????

I usually would give this Cricket store a higher rating , I have always had excellent service there ... however today 6 - 6 - 22I went there only to find the store closed with a sign saying they are having electronic problems ! WELL SO WAS I ! how sad of a message is it when your phone , internet and equipment provider has to close because they are unable to correct their own electronic problems ?there's far too many competitors close by who would be more than happy to switch my account , they were open
