Horrible customer service. I took my vehicle for an estimate, and the women upfront was very unprofessional, rude and passive aggressive. When I made the appointment they told me I will receive the estimate the same day and when I took the vehicle they told me possibly in 3 days or so they will send me the estimate. Just the whole experience from the start was very unpleasant.

I chose Crash Champions through my insurance claims website. I was told I would get a all from them to schedule an estimate appointment. When I spoke with my claims agent, she told me to stop in and speak with them to make sure they got it. When I stopped by and approached the desk, the person there barely looked up and asked if they could help me. I started to explain that I had an accident and before I could even finish my sentence, I was told "We do estimates by appointment only". I attempted to explain again why I was there and got the same response. Not giving up, I finished my explanation that the claims agent asked me to stop in. I was given an appointment to even look at my vehicle for 2 weeks later. I used this establishment in the past and they did good work, but I will go elsewhere now and in the future.

I was pleased with the staff and the way they kept me up to date. My car on the inside was cleaner than it was when they received it. The repair was done perfect. I would recommend crash champions

The repair technicians at Crash Champions on Minesite Road did an excellent job in repairing the "scrape" and dent on my Subaru Legacy. The car looks so great you can't even tell there had been any damage. Everyone was easy to work with. I appreciated the repair options that Brian gave me and the status of the repair progress. The car was ready when promised. Lydia was so helpful in making arrangements for the rental car. I highly recommend this repair facility!

I have used Crash Champions on Minesite Rd twice in the last year. Both for pretty major damage to my Mazda6. They were always very professional and the work was flawless. I would highly recommend.

Had my car for a few weeks. Nothing unreasonable but not necessarily quick. With that said, it was plenty of time to make the necessary repairs and that was not done. A rear wheel was supposed to be replaced. It was not replaced and instead the sharp parts of metal that were sticking out were simply grinded down, so the wheel was addressed and seems a shortcut was taken. This is just speculation. However, I have two small children and am now forced to lug them back twice to fix something that should have been done…once to drop it off again and once to pick it up again. I asked a small favor - for crash champions to cover me a $15 Uber ride home so my wife does not have to tag along with the children, which is a complete inconvenience to all of us. A little effort would have went a long way. Im not normally this guy, but I’ll be leaving the same review on external sites.Service: Body & Trim
