Deals are unbeatable however store is purposefully made to be a maze so you buy more stuff. There are no aisle numbers, aisle labels, or employees you can find to help typically. Also as employees report they purposefully move items daily to change the layout so this maze effect continues.
You will spend more time in this store than most since it’s designed this way however the deals are still worth it.
Lastly some employees who work at the cash register seem stressed out and can sometimes be extremely rude. I often find myself having to place groceries in my basket myself even when there is a helper on hand. Although there are still some at the front that are nice and helpful, the bad apples stick out. Regardless all employees who work in other areas are extremely nice and helpful if you do find them.

I support businesses who support me and my family. Great customer service, prices, availability of products and services. Canceled my Bjs card too. Walmart will NOT get my business. I shop in bulk anyway.

I had the worst experience with customer service at Costco Allentown. Rude and disrespectful. They don’t know what to do and they treat you like you did something wrong . I wanted to return a leptop we buy online and doesn’t work . They said that we have to fix the problem and then they will accept it. Which doesn’t make sense. This is the reason we return it because is not working. Bad bad experience . I am so disappointed

I've been to costco in 5 different states, and this one is the worst!
It's small and cramped, and the meat, poultry, and fish sections smell bad.
