Our experience was very poor. The iron had cigarette ashes which stained my shirt before a wedding I was going to. The curtains had brown stains on it, the ac took many hours to cool the room, the bed headboard was dirty, the toilet clogged very easily, the shampoo bottle could not be opened, there was no body wash, we called for extra towels which were never deliverered, we waited 15 minutes to check in. This was a mediocre experience and I will never stay at a comfort inn again. also the "fitness center" was a room with no weights, just a broken cable machine.

Front desk staff is awesome. The rooms are just fair but we had a pet and I don’t expect fabulous. The breakfast is pretty basic. The location was great, no issues finding it and lots of places to eat close by.

Had a little hiccup checking in, but overall this is a nice and quiet place to stay. There is ample parking and it is well lit. The staff is friendly and helpful with anything that you need. There is plenty of grassy area for pet walking. There is a small bar that is typically open on weekend evenings, and the hotel is close to just about any type of dining that you would like.
My only suggestion is to give the outside staff a proper broom LOL. It's extremely well kept outside, but dang, I feel bad for the worker using such a small and crappy broom when a larger push broom would be so much more effective.

This hotel is very clean. Very close to shopping and eating areas. What impressed me the most was the staff. Very polite. Even though they maybe short staffed, they still treat each customer awesome.

The room was mediocre clean. The shower could have been cleaner (soap scum on the tile) and the room smelled of marijuana. They could have sprayed some febreze. Probably would not stay here again.

I found the hotel to be clean and affordable, with an acceptable breakfast and friendly front desk staff. However, I was disappointed with the broken room door, which compromised my sense of safety and privacy. Although the staff offered to change our room, the only available options were smaller, resulting in a downgrade. Unfortunately, no apologies were offered for the inconvenience. I hope they address this issue soon.

We stay here every year when we go to the antique truck show in Macungie. They allow pets, the rooms are nice and clean, and they have a good breakfast too.

Rooms are clean and bright! Hotel location is close lots of activities and restaurants. So great location also. It's also a fantastic value.

This place was nice but the floor in the rooms were not cleaned, and were filthy, our dogs fur was sticky and dirty, my dog barked all night because of the people outside, and our cat always was going in the litter box, but when he walked around, it was stuck to his paws, and he walked all over the table and put litter in our food, we had to clean it. The food was disgusting during breakfast, and made us sick, every time I brought my dog to the bathroom, but she barked because of these people around hotel entrance making my dog mad, but the beds were super comfy, and staff was nice, and the TV was huge.
Nearby activities: We ate at some restaurants and it was fun to eat out
Safety: Everyone was nice and good, but some people were rude, and our dog was scared, and she normally isn’t
Food & drinks: The breakfast was disgusting and made us sick!

Thank you to the hotel staff for having positive attitude and providing a pleasant stay. Room 126 is a first floor handicapped room, layout was accomodating. Exit doors and parking were easily accessible. The lobby was clean, no smells of smoke or Marijuana, desk staff was cheerful (even when busy), and the lobby restaurant had light alcohol and food options during the evening. I want to recognize Christina for her pleasant and cheerful attitude. She was a kind and an approachable person, delivered professional service to the evening restaurant/bar and early morning breakfast. The hot breakfast selection was better/best compared to most choice hotels we have stayed.

I understand it is a pretty friendly hotel BUT when a dog starts barking at 6am non stop until 730am something should be said to the occupant... That is beyond ridiculous. Was a great location. I do not suggest this location if u want sleep.
