I went to Coachworks some years back as the one recommended by my insurance company never called me back. I find Coachworks to be very responsive, reliable and honest. It is the only place I want to take my vehicle.

I had a bad experience at Rothrock Nissan. They first made me book an appointment for the estimate. Then they never returned my call to return. I then found out that the Rothrock employee who did the estimate quit. About a month later, they made me book another appointment to drop off my car. They then made me pick it back up a day later after I signed all the paperwork because parts weren't available. Kim from Coachworks saved the day! She got my estimate the same day, and had my parts installed in less than a week. I even had another accident a couple months later, and I couldn't pass inspection with the broken headlight. With my luck, allentown parking authority was having a frenzy with me. I became a target from the city and I couldn't hide my vehicle while I waited for the headlight to arrive. Kim saved the day again by offering me an emergency loaner vehicle. At no cost extra! Kim at Coachworks definitely earned my business for life and I will refer all of my family and friends to her. Due to this pandemic we need to support our local businesses and Kim went above and beyond to accomplish her world class service. I thank her again and she will definitely be servicing my state inspection and emissions as well.

I literally could scream from the rooftop how amazing Coachworks is! I unfortunately found out about this shop due to getting into a car accident and it was one of the shops my insurance recommended.Kim is a literal angel placed on this planet, so knowledgeable and explains everything that is going on at a level anyone can understand. My family now uses Coachworks for any and everything whether it be oil changes or mysterious lights popping up on the dash. I have recommended Coachworks to basically anyone and everyone I can tell that if they need anything car related, to go to Coachworks!Services: Oil change

Lisa that works in the office is amazing. She did a great job working with my insurance. I didn't have to worry about a thing. And the guys in the shop did a great job working on my Mustang. Thank you guys! I will definitely be bring all my vehicles here in the future if need be.

Excellent experience! Kim/Coachworks took care of everything from start to finish. Including handling all insurance communications and paperwork and solving and handling issue with rental car company. Recommend Coachworks highly.
