Montana was beyond informative and great to work with. The truck I was considering was reasonably priced, just not quite what I was looking for. 100% would recommend Montana and Ciocca dealerships and WILL be back!

I wanted to sell two of my vehicles and I didn’t want the hassle of having to list it and have strangers coming to my home and do the tire kicking, test driving and what not. I contacted places like Carvana, CarMax and others. I was not happy with their offers. I live not from Ciocca on Hamilton and saw their sign that they purchase vehicles. I contacted them and they gave me an offer. I was happy with it so I contacted them back. They sent over a gentleman to look over the vehicles. They stuck to their original offer. Unlike the others who give you an offer then when they come to look at it they knit pick it to try and lower the offer given.

I had the worst day ever -- hit a deer, totaled my car, then got into a SECOND accident in a friend's car on the way home -- so when I walked in and said to Jeff and Ayoub and Chris, "I need you to actually MAKE this day better!" they did. Great car, great people to work with. Painless car buying experience! Thanks, Guys!

The car we just bought there exactly 4 weeks ago suddenly needs the engine serviced for an apparent explosion hazard. Not only do we have to drive it 50 miles to a different location for service, but were also told there are no loaners available and they can only rent us a car for $45 per day. This is not at all what we expect from Ciocca.

Best Subaru dealership within 100 miles. Stay away from Stroudsburg, this one puts them to shame. Trustworthy and friendly staff make for a pleasant experience.

I don’t know where to start. I called and spoke to Heather, an internet sales rep. I was interested in a vehicle they had a location in Jersey. She offered to get it transferred here. I accepted and they got it in. I was told to talk to Marcus when I went in.Fast forward to when I went in. Marcus wasn’t there. No problem. I spoke to Fernando. Everything was fine and we spoke about some things the vehicle needed. We stepped inside and started talking about the price of the vehicle. Out of nowhere, his “Car Sales Manager,” Travis, intervenes from across the sales floor and says no to what I wanted to pay.He then walks over and makes it so awkward, my 5 year old son asked me why he was acting like that when we left. My brother walked out as he couldn’t even listen to his one worded answers and emotionless responses anymore. No want or desire to sell or even hear me out as to what the vehicle needed. Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a dealership and I’ve been to several as we’ve been car shopping for a couple months now.Fast forward again to the next day. I email the general manager, Sean Jenkins, with no response. I understand he’s a busy guy and all, but if I received an email with the subject, “unsatisfied customer,” it would be at the top of my to do list.The only plus was Fernando. He also called me the next day after my email to Sean and tried to work it out. He got Marcus, the original “Manager” on the phone and even he couldn’t do anything for us.Thank you Fernando for reaching out and being the only decent part of this whole experience with Ciocca Subaru. Shame on this dealership man. This is why people hate car shopping; because of experiences like this.

The experience was incredible. Not only did Gus help me out as much as he possibly could, he made it feel like family and was very welcoming. The process was smooth and easy with everything explained perfectly. Was very impressed by how easy it was compared to the difficulty with other dealerships. 10/10 would recommend Gus and Ciocca Subaru . The family mentality is something all businesses should strive for.

I was really surprised with how great the customer service was, and how fast the turnaround was with getting the car i wanted. I visited this place and the next day we managed to come to a deal with the car that met my needs, and i left with the car that same day. The car itself is great i’m really pleased and they offered a 2 year warranty on it as well which is a great touch. My salesman, Fernando, made the experience really personable and relaxed. He went above and beyond to help me out, even brought my parents and i some lunch whilst we waited for the paperwork! i would recommend coming here to purchase a car 100% you won’t be disappointed with the customer service, the quality of the car or the deal you receive. Thanks again!
